When it comes to noise reduction, on tricky cases I use DxO Photolab’s DeepPrime algorithm AND then I pass the image on DFine2.
The final result is most of the time mindblowing, sometimes it looks like the image was captured at ISO 100 even when it was actually 6000.

To get rid of the squares in the HDR selection, go into the settings in the HDR menu and unclick the box use of GPU. Problem solved.
