    I cannot thank you enough for all you have done to accelerate my ability to produce these mini albums. Years ago when I tried there were no tutorials (no computers or internet) and I couldn't quite make it work. You have clarified this for me and now the sky is the limit and I am having so much fun with these. Thank you so much. You are a gem.

    Ginger,
    I want you too know what a "joy" you are to watch. You my dear are so fun to watch. You are not only soothing you are interesting while educating. You my dear are what us Texans like to call "an all around athlete" in the world of scrapbooking. You honey are a "true wonder" to behold. I have been a sub of yours for a while and just wanted you to know how much I and others like myself appreciate your hard work and dedication to sharing while educating us. I do have a quick question. Wouldn't the pockets cardstock measurements be a bit more (instead of 3 in be 3 1/2 in) ??? Or is that just a preference ? Again I want to Thank you from the bottom of my Southern Texas for all your gumption, I hope I can one day get the confidence to finally do my first video tutorial. I just pray it will be half as good as yours. Thank you again hun ! 😀
    Hugs from Texas ❤❤❤

      You are most welcome! Thank you for the nice compliments!! I'm originally from Texas! Got the birth certificate to prove it!! lol! You can make the pockets what ever size you want depending on the style of punch you want to use as well as how deep you want the pocket. That measurement is just personal preference!!
      p.s. I just got back a couple weeks ago from Houston for a wedding! It was so good to be "home"!

      +My Sisters Scrapper Ginger,
      As a fellow Texas sister can you please give a Texas sister some good advice ? I really am trying to get my courage and confidence up enough too do my first tutorial, but something about it just scares the dickens outta me. Maybe it's my age and I worry that some of these younger gals won't listen to an old woman...lol plus you add on top of it I have a harsh Texas drawl....it just worries me so ! It maybe it's just my lack of courage I dunno. But you are a seasoned UA-camr can ya help me out here please ??? Any help, advice or tips or maybe you could do a tutorial on how to get started doing what you do ? That would be way cool and a big help. I am sure I am not the only one wanting to try a go at it...lol. There ain't nothing better than a Texas wedding...hehe, I do hope you enjoyed your visit and got to spend a lil quality time with your kin.
      Thank you Ginger so very much darlin.
      Hugs from Texas ❤

    I made a mini version of this using file folder die cuts... It holds 2.5x3.5 size photos.. Had to tweak it a little to work with my die cuts but i love how it turned out. I just found your Facebook page and Liked it too... I love your tutorials. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Love this so far! One question, would you use your corner rounder for the edges of your pp pages like you did with the kraft cardstock? I supposed this might be optional, lol (my brain thinks after the fact some times, lol)

    Hi Ginger, so glad you are back with a splendid tutorial. I have a question.. Do you have an other method to make the file folder?????? , because I don't own the envelop punch! I hope you can help me, TFS

    • @mysistersscrapper
      @mysistersscrapper  8 років тому

      Sorry I do not. You could always make the pages without the file tabs and add a die cut file tab separately.

      Thank you Ginger for the suggestion! I also found a diecut on my cricut cartridge, perhaps this can do the job, greetings from Belgium

      +Rita Troch Maybe you could use actual file folders, cut them down, then add your pretty papers

    Ginger what ink did you use to ink around the pages? I couldn't catch the color. Love this tutorial!

    Hi Ginger, I was wondering just how many 8 x 8 packs of the paper. I want to make sure I have enough paper.

    • @mysistersscrapper
      @mysistersscrapper  8 років тому

      I used a full 8x8 paper pad as well as some papers from the 6x6.

    Beatifull why not bind the pages by the pockets

    • @mysistersscrapper
      @mysistersscrapper  8 років тому

      You can if you want. You would need to leave the bottom of the front pocket open. I'm just not sure if the file folders would open as nice as having the binding attached to the back. But you can certainly give it a try.

    I have used the measurements for the pages pockets (3x9.25) and they don't FIT. TOO SMALL!! They do not just fit - about 1/4 inch too SMALL. I've wasted so much black card stock, it's not funny. And frustrating.

    • @mysistersscrapper
      @mysistersscrapper  8 років тому

      Carolyn, I'm sorry that you are frustrated. Where is the measurement too short?

    • @65cmsmith
      @65cmsmith 8 років тому

      +My Sisters Scrapper length wise - the one that should be 9.25 (long side) the folder is 8.5 which is correct. I re-done the file folders 3 x's or so because I didn't watch the video closely, but I went to your blog, and copy and pasted the instructions to print out; and I even re-watch part 2 to get the measurements.

    • @65cmsmith
      @65cmsmith 8 років тому

      +Carolyn Smith you may consider the 9 1/4 the width - I'm not that proficient in math and the rulers. Watching videos great, but I rather have everything in written form. I score 1/2 inch on each end like stated in video and may be it should be 1/4 inch in. I actually enjoy this mini-album series and would like to get this figured out so I can create more.

    • @mysistersscrapper
      @mysistersscrapper  8 років тому

      +Carolyn Smith in part 1 of the tutorial I trimmed the 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock to 8-1/4.. I did this so I could use an 8x8 paper pad.
