hey! thank you so much! i do a quick 5 minute warm-up, mostly when caroline is talking ☺️ it’s pretty intuitive but consists of jumping jacks, some running in place or skipping and some arm and leg circles and some dynamic stretching! hope this helps!

I would suggest trying Epic Beginner first. :)
Good video. I just started epic 3. This looks very similar to epic 3. Might just go this when I’m done with epic 3.
