Knocking out a significant ab workout before diving into a half hour of legs really made it manageable, and you threw in those deadlifts and glute bridges at exactly the time when I needed a break from strictly legs. Great work as always !

Another one two workout, really like the abs and other body part. My legs were shaking after this workout. The crab walk and then sumo pulses, well that is close to violating the 14 th amendment. I completed it thanks to your quick 20 second rest period. I like the way you push me to get the workout done. I completed it when I thought I was going to give up . Mentally and physically big win on a tough workout. Thank You!

I've never really done any ab workouts and I've always kinda been inconsistent with workouts in general, until recently, I started to see some results which is nice but I feel like I bulked for too long and messed up my metabolism so now I gotta slim back down. I'm 16 5'7 and 140 pounds.
That's a routine am having the last 2 and half years almost once every ten days, it's not only the legs session but the abs combined with it in the beginning make it harder and more effective.
@@aishasebastian2576 There is no workout to help you loose fat without doing somekind of proper eating.I reccoment a 16 hour of fasting and an open windou from 14.00 to 21.00 to have some good food.avoid wheat products,sugar and processed food,eat raw honey eggs fish frut and meat and you goal of loosing fat will be easily gained
Of course I do but have in mind that working out only won't help for fat loss. Consider doing intermediate fasting or a proper diet of low carbohydrates to achieve goals quicker

DAMN! This excerise is insane. I could only do 24 minutes and I’m feeeeling myself close to failure. Third day back in the gym and first time hitting legs and abs in a year. The path to where I used to be is gonna be a long one.

For recovery, eat protein after your workout between 1-2 hours after, take a cold shower, and rest well 1-2 days every week
