I've been working on learning guitar. My best friend is learning drums and we're working towards jamming and making music together. Definitely a lot of fun, and very impactful.

You are right about how the body can't function without stretching...since i've started doing Yoga with you I really notice when I skip a few days!! I think the skill I'd like to master is cooking. One can sneak one of these workouts in quickly first thing in the morning, despite whatever other tasks or meetings are looming on the day's horizon. As for a skill, I would love to know every language of the world- living or dead...but that would be more of a super-power. I would love to learn to be a helicopter pilot! The barriers to entry (cost and time) keep me focused on other skills though, like projects around the house, archery, climbing 14ers in CO once or twice a year, and Of Course yoga! Thanks so much, Coach!
This was perfect to loosen the neck muscles. I had just done one of your older pilates workout videos and my neck was feeling stiff. The skill I want to learn the most is self-discipline as I feel that if I am able to gain that then time-management automatically follows suit. As always, thanks a lot Coach Vigue for your amazing videos!

I really appreciate your routines. They've helped me a lot with pain and improved strength and balance. I was extremely out of shape, I've lost about 100lbs and still have around 60 to go, but I feel great and these have changed my life. I'm a lot more active now, kayaking and hiking a lot. I've been playing a lot of disc golf as well. What would be some good stretches after a round of disc golf that is so dominant on the right side of the body. Thanks
You come up with these stretches just when I need them. Amazing session, feeling a bit loose on the neck now!! The thing I would like to do better is my downward dog

Hey Sean! Been with you since covid on and off, thanks for all you do and the hard work you put in! For the Q I wanna improve my cooking skills. When doing child pose my body likes to naturally bring my toes together until touching; should I be trying to correct that by spacing them out in line with my thighs or just let it naturally flow, thanks!

I'd love to be able to do a chin-up/pull-up, or climb a rope. Previously, I wished I could touch my toes from a standing position like I did when I was a kid. After 45 years and one week I CAN, thanks to you Sean (yup, just one week of your workouts and my toes are well touched). Thanks for your effort and encouragement Sean...it makes a tangible, actual difference in people's lives (like mine).
