This is hands down the nicest vehicle on the planet. As soon as I save up 150k im going to do all of this to my gladiator :p
Don’t think 150k will quite get you there
@@Billrovid yes it will
Hard to wrap my head around how bad ass that thing is.
A bobbed Jeep Gladiator.... I WANT THAT!
Man I LOVE that bed Chop. Wish they came like that from the factory. Gladiators are not a blue collar work truck. They are an adventure truck. CHOP THAT BED JEEP!!!
Finally someone did what I've been thinking the perfect gladiator would be a shorter bed bad boy. That has a good departure angle and also a bed.
This guy was in front of us when running Pritchett canyon super nice guy showed us some lines and was super cool.
Oh lord this is just costing my more and more $$ watching builds like this. Absolutely killer. Even still today.
That is crazy, awesome work! It's like an RC Truck was scaled up 10x, hope to see it around Moab next time I'm out there.
I wasn't a fan of the Gladiator, but yours is fantastic.
Thanks.
This truck is by far my favorite gladiator.. I think Dixie has got to be the best builder around… If i had the money mine would be in there shop
that is a sick JT build nice job Dixie.WOW
Nice monster 👍👍👍😎
That’s one BAD Ass JEEP!!!!!!
This guy literally drives an RC car. love it
Not a Wrangle Rubicon fan, but this thing is beyond beast mode.
Dude that RIG is sick man 😎
That is a nice looking gladiator you guys did a good job.
They were begging to be bobbed. Loox so good.
Bob a JLUR and make it a JL.....same shit, he turned a Gladiator into a JLUR with only a couple of inches different. I own a '21 Gladiator Diesel on 37s and a 6" lift....I'm not cutting my bed so i can have a Wrangler overhang....I run it offroad on serious trails and I just deal with it and work with it.
@@iamblaineful coz your my heeero 🎶
@@iamblaineful if youre dumb enough to run 6” of lift with just 37s, you’re not really driving off road
Finally!
When money is not a problem :). Gorgeous truck.
Wow dream rig right there💜
wow what a beast! beautiful!!!
Nice rig ✌️
Nice…. F’N….Build….!!!!
Crazy build 🔥💯 but where do I find that flat skid plate?
damn man that mighty diesel seems to be turning those tires pretty damn easy man......i really wanna trade my gasser rubi in but damn dude,i kinda already slapped on and welded my truss on a while back so sadly im just gonna stick with my 3.6 :(
Missing out. My diesel is on a + 80 hp tune 5.38s and im currently testing a set of Baja Boss 44/13.5/20s ahead of their official release. Its simply incredible and still getting 21 mpg at 70 mph
@@mattbrew11 Life/vehicle Update ! Apart that i got a jeep LJ (both on my Profile pic) i already traded my gasser for a diesel 😁
Im on the stock 33s waiting on my trail graps to go on my Battleship gray black rhino arsenal wheels on 37's
But dude this was the best decision ever since 2 years ago ! Hell i even got back money back cause my gasser was lightly modded so i got 8k back but in reality i got 6k which either way its a hell of a score man ! 26 mpgs on the freeway gobs of torque on the trail to the point that 4LO isnt utilized as much compared to the gasser !
Long story short i love it man ! I cant wait to delete it but my Lj is taking up most of my money but i love it :D
What’s the specs on the wheels? Backspacing? Just ordered 74.5” dynatracs and looking at wheels.
Damn, gladiators should have came with a 4 foot bed from the factory. That looks amazing. I love my JTR, but I really think Jeep missed the mark not making it more like the avalanche. Slightly smaller bed that can be extended into the cabin. Would really transform it as an adventure vehicle with a 4' bed and 130" wheelbase.
That would've been the perfect Jeep Truck
@Dixie Four Wheel Drive , quick question for you..... Do you have any idea if the spare tire space under the gladiator rubicon is the same size/location on both the Gas and Diesel versions ? The spare size/location on the gas version has been talked about, but I haven't seen anything on the diesel. Form your video it appears to be in the same location, but it is har to judge the size. I know on the gas version, guys have been fitting aired down 37" tires and fully inflated 35's... Thought ??? Thanks you and keep up the great videos, look forward to more !
Yes its the same
I’ve done the Banks programmer for the engine.. have you found anything else that helps? Like methanol injection? Cold air kit? Exhaust?
Working on my dream truck, have a few questions. Would you drive this on road any distance, what is the fuel economy, Lol. I know that's a foolish question but goes to the first. Last what do you think of a Diesel swap?
New Walmart dextero 43s?
The baddest gladiator on 43’s. What’s this shop called? Dixie? Cool, mental note.. haha
How much $ would you take for it?
It would take a pretty good size check. Parts alone are more expensive than most are willing to pay. 👀
Well I’m building my own.. I have a white rubicon diesel gladiator I’m trying 42” tires
Wonder what kind of tune you are running on that 3.0 eco
Who did the delete?? Sounds amazing!
🤫
Stock cooling or did you upgrade oil/water cooling? Guys are having major issues with these eco’s not cooling in stock form.
Wildly overstated. I have 44” baja boss on mine with 5.38 and a hot tune like this. No problems
do you have delete def fluid?
Can I ask what gears did you run on the axles?
5.38 gears
So Dixie what mods would you recommend to run 37s ?
On a JT ? If it’s a rubicon a 3-4” lift. If you plan to Rock crawl with 37’s. And not drag everywhere. But a 2.5” will allow for 37’s. On a rubicon model
All of them 😁
Now I want to bob mine damnit....
Why did you buy a Gladiator instead of a JLUR....it's basically the same damn thing as a bobbed Gladiator for far less money.
@@iamblaineful I have to imagine it has to do with the longer wheelbase
@@iamblainefulno it fuckin isn’t. The wheelbase is better under most circumstances and you can run mega long travel suspension in the rear without smelling fuel in the cab or other issues. Frame is also stronger
Guessing you took things like payload and GVWR and threw it out the window.
I’m inlove
