Sesame Seed Cookies | Light And Crispy | Easy To Make

These are one of my favorite cookies. They are very delicious and almost melt in your mouth. This is an old time favorite and I don't see a lot of people making this. These are perfect for school snacks, a late night snack or even with coffee and tea.

These are beautiful..
The Italian side of my family makes a cookie like this,. different shape ,similar method.. And yes important to toast or get the seeds already toasted , Otherwise they will not toast during the baking
