How does the flint compare to the nucanoe frontier 10? Both at the same price range . I'm debating flint vs frontier 10

The Flint is designed to be a sleeker boat than the Frontier 10, so it's faster and tracks better, but has about 150lb less total capacity and isn't as stable. Hope that helps!

@@ACKTVnetwork thanks for reply. I will have to find a dealer and test it

I had the f10 for 5yrs , not the easiest thing to paddle and car topping was awkward do to the width of it , tracking was okay , wind was a nightmare. Once the flint came out i sold my f10 and grabbed a flint. Better yak in all aspects to the f10, not as stable as the f10 but stabililty is great. Everything else is superb , on and off the water handles very well..

@@nashguy2814 thanks for your review. I fish rivers and lakes . Most likely I'll get the flint after I do a test paddle

I’m trying to decide between this and the lure 11.5, any suggestions, I’m 5’10 150lbs and I want to be able to stand comfortable

The Lure 11.5 is gonna be more stable if you are worried about being able to stand, but the Flint is going to be much easier to paddle. You'll still be able to stand on the Flint without much problem. It'll ultimately come down to little preferences, but I would probably give the edge to the Flint in this case.

I am also thinking about the new bonafide rs117, are you going to do a review on that one

You say no rock in the boat when you stand but it looks pretty shakey to me

I have a flint... it can flip. But you have to make a solid mistake. I've taken mine offshore in CA in some pretty big swells (6ft+) and if you pay attention you are good. For a 11 foot 63 lbs boat it is pretty amazing. Compare apples to apples. If you want a barge, well there are plenty of very stable barges out there.
