  • Many of us with Electric Unicycles (EUC) also have 3D Printers. There are many parts you can print for your machines (Pads, Handles, Mudguards, etc). Large printed parts in ABS or TPU have a tendency to shrinking leading to poor bed adhesion, warping and layer de-lamination, especially in larger parts. The solution a Chamber Heater.

Incredible job sir. About 6 months ago, I tore my qidi x plus all the way down and insulated the entire inside. Was looking for ways to heat the chamber and I almost did this same thing. Beautiful set up. How’s she printing ?? Ever print any Polycarbonate??

ABS prints beautiful without shrinkage and nice surface finish (I do print fine and slow), Nylon CF prints equally well. I use the High temp extruder for both. I print Nylon CF onto borosilicate glass (with brass ruby nozzle with a s/s insert within nozzle instead of the Capricorn Tube).
