    Do you freeze what is not eaten right away,?
    Looks yummy, on the mixed berries, did you add more heavy whipping cream to get it to smooth out more?
    Also I have both the monk fruit and the Swerve , I didn't understand what your comment was about the monk fruit? Can you please elaborate?

      I do freeze!! You can (and yes I did) add more heavy whipping cream!!! And yes - the comment was you can use monkfruit!!!!

      I’m hoping this remark( which I don’t understand either) means user has come to realize the AMA lies. Butter, cream, meat etc are not bad for us. Rather man-made chemical laden alternatives to natural food is bad (margarine, low fat anything etc).
