I don’t get it, for me to maximize space would be to put the bed on the ceiling and a collapsible toilet first you put the toilet in the kitchen in the back by the rear doors and the rest of the room is dedicated to lounge with the front cockpitchairs that can be swiveled forward maximizing all internal space uninterrupted😊
2:35 The toilet (looks like a fixed cassette unit) is directly in front of the hand basin, so you have to reach over to get access. Moving it over to the left wall (assuming that there is nothing structural preventing the external cassette door being moved) would be a sensible change IMO.
It would be nice if they had this on the west coast in the USA. CA. Oregon & Washington state. Everything seems to be in other countries or in Florida.

Not all of us can get onto that bed that comes down. I have bad knees and can’t crawl.
Beware Ford 'wet belt' engine means the rubber cam belt being ran through oil which means the belt perishes very prematurely.

Noticed at 8:30 that moving the external door would impinge on the wheel arch, so can’t easily be moved, so just a bad design IMO
