Love the channel and love the hanking and cranking! I’ll tell ya what, I’ve got a JD 2320 bought in 2010 with turf tires. I’m on my second set. I do front end work with a bucket and forks, I mow fields with a brush hog, I mow yards with a 60 inch mm mower, i use a rear auger to put up fences, i pull a box blade and I blow snow for 4 separate farms in the winter with a front mount blower. The turf tires have worked great and don’t tear the crap outta my yard. Now, having said that, I think I might try the hybrid R14’s next go around.
I'm on my second tym first one was a t474 cab tractor I bought from Scott's. Went to a kioti from there and wanted my tym back. Just bought a t574 cab tractor from central nh trailer sales which Scott's recreation acquired a couple years ago. I've owned all types of tractors and I believe these are the best out there. The rims are all going red which was my only complaint about the 474 the wheels looked like a afterthought. The 574 is perfect but as a taller guy I had the dealer reverse the loader stick to get it closer to me which I felt was a must as in the stock position I would have to lean forward alot to use. The only negative I can find is lack of a tool box. The cab is very big so I keep a bag of tools but a tool box would make it the perfect tractor!! On a Side note I wanted turf tires but they are a upgrade and I would have had to also pay a swap fee or special order a tractor to get them. The r14s are great but there is nothing like a turf tire in snow. The traction is amazing.
I bought my T25 from Scotts about two years ago. Nothing but good thjngs to say about them and my tractor. Now I wish I would've drove up there that weekend.

When I bought my LS tractor in Florida, the dealer asked me as to which tires i wanted and I said not the turf tires. And now that I live in Missouri I made the right choice. I bought my tractor in 2015 and just before moving in 2021 i had to replace the front tires because of dry rot.
Hank, you asked what other machines we have laying around? Well, besides my TYM 574hst I've got a Massey Ferguson 60H loader/backhoe and a CAT loader 951C and an Allis Chalmers B and a Cub Cadette. --- Turf tires are great for not tearing up the lawn.
All wheels are going red. They’re just using up the rest of their gray stock…according to my dealer. I just got a new T654 and it was their first one to sell with red wheels.
There's hundreds, if not thousands of tractors with that fuel tank design. I have had my T574 through some of the nastiest stuff you can think of and haven't had any issues. Could something happen that would puncture the tank? Sure. Is it likely? Not at all. And the fact you're not lifting fuel cans far out weighs the unlikely event the tank gets damaged. Turf tires are for like golf course work or road side mowing. Seeding grass on large commercial properties
Also for grading and packing driveways
