Great video. I'm retired military, and I have what you might call a side hustle business doing small tractor work based on my JD 1025r and a bunch of implements. After 3.5 years of that, I shelled my transaxle. Something in the PTO system let loose, took out most of the PTO parts, and cracked the transaxle housing. 99% sure it was putting 100 hours or so on a Baumalight 1P24 stump grinder. Too violent for the 1025r. Finally did what I have been wanting to do for years yesterday: ordered a TYM 3515ch (cab), getting 3rd function, grapple, 6' brush hog, 5' box blade, and a longer trailer on 7k lb axles. All of that, with 920 miles of shipping, $46k. That is an amazing amount of capability for $10k less than just a 3039r cab tractor from Deere. I get to add brush hogging of acreage (more than an acre or two), more extensive driveway restorations, and infinitely easier clearing work, not to mention a much heavier built machine to continue running the stump grinder. Just so much capability. Imagining tilling food plots without dust and bees is enough alone...lol. I ordered mine from The Tractor Yard (Brock's dealership) after seeing them make such a good impression on his channel. Thanks for the video...spot on!
I love my 2023 2515H. Just did my 50 hour service on it. I got mine with the backhoe, loader, pallet forks, grapple, brushhog, box blade and 5 ft tiller out the door for right at 32K. 25 HP has met all of my needs. Each persons situation is different, but I deffinately feel that the TYM brand is well worth considering.
@@adamruthford2918 I would have to go look. I have not utilized it as of yet. The garden is a project for next year. This year has been re-grading the back yard to prevent flooding in the house. Removing the tons of brick from old garden paths that have long been buried under dirt washed in from rain. Removing multiple trees and stumps, bushes and re-grading around the front of the house and some assorted field mowing projects.
@adamruthford2918 It will handle a 6 foot tiller. I have a 3015, which is the same as the 2515. It handles a 6 footer fine and I don't have good soil.
I recently purchased a TYM 574 55 HP Hydro from Zimmerman Equipment in New Castle VA. about 20 hard hours on it now and Love it so far. I was very impressed with the simplicity of the Kukje diesel engine on this machine. Totally mechanical injection. It only has about 6 electronic sensors that are not critical to the tractor functioning. It is extremely comfortable and easy to operate. This is the fourth tractor I have owned.
I bought a used 2021 Branson 2515H Loader/Tractor/Backhoe with a 177 hours on it. I did a lot of research before buying. There isnt’ another tractor in it’s class that can beat it, be it green , orange or blue. Very easy to turn up the pump for more HPs, but wait until it is out of warranty. ;-)
I like you have a Kubota BX. But I've got a larger 5 series Kioti RX as well. Before buying the Kioti, I was intending to buy a TYM 754. The only reason that I didn't buy it was because the Kioti salesman that I had been talking to was more persistent and better at his job than the TYM salesman was. I love my Kioti, but I have zero doubts that I'd have loved the TYM just as much. TYM makes a good product, and as you got into a little bit, compare the FEL and 3pt lift capacities on any model TYM to an equally sized Kubota, and you'll be impressed by how much more the TYM will lift. The people that talk about service and parts issues, are either speaking from experience when Corona crap was going on for the last few years, and have experience with the problems that that created, or they're just ignorant. Getting parts for any South Korean made tractor IS NOT an issue any longer, unless the dealer decides not to carry them in their inventory because a large parts inventory can be expensive. But there is no issue getting parts sent from South Korea any longer. That's just on each individual dealer as to how expansive their parts inventory is. Whether you buy a new, larger tractor, or can establish a partnership with one of the tractor manufacturers, I think you'd really be happy with having a second tractor. Especially two different series (size) tractors. I love having both a SCUT and a utility tractor. They both absolutely have their place and uses, and I'd hate to have to part with either one of them. Also, with almost 40K subscribers, you're gaining a pretty large audience. I would ENCOURAGE you to reach out to some of the tractor manufacturers, and see if you can work something out with them. Why not get a tractor that you don't have to pay for in dollars and cents??? If you can work out an arrangement with one of them and all it costs you is some video content, why wouldn't a person consider that? Just a thought Bud.
I appreciate the comment! I would love to work out something like that. I believe I could give them their money’s worth. 😊 I am about to try and load a big old log on my mill that my BX can’t lift so I need to do something soon!
I have a TYM T474 (47HP) 2000lb bucket lift. pound for pound you can't get a better tractor. It has more accessories upgrade straight out of the box that other brand you have to add after you buy it. my dealer is 45 minutes away. I love it.
We got our T25 from there around February or March with a backhoe. Have loved it so far with no issues. Coming up on 30 hours. Only knock so far is I would say is getting a part issue. We also got the mid mower for it and waiting for a part to come in so the dealer there can install it. But Cullen and his gang there have been great….
I haven’t driven one, but have heard good things about TYM. However, 25hp on a machine that heavy with a hydrostatic transmission seems likely to bog down easily in pulling or climbing hills. I have a 25hp tractor about that size from the early ‘80s with gear drive. It runs out of traction before power, unless you have a load on the PTO and are driving uphill. Gear drive will out-pull a hydro all day every day. Consider, my machine has 23.26hp at the PTO based on the Nebraska test. A hydro 25hp tractor probably makes 18-20hp at the PTO, plus puts less power to the ground via the drive wheels. If all you want to do is lift heavy things, the low power machine can work… but it may be limited for other tractor work, particularly with PTO implements.
Almost a year owning a 2515R w/bh150 under 200 hours and this tractor is a beast. 24hp on the bigger frame. Would like a wider track as a full bucket can make it unstable if you keep the load more than axle center height. Learned that trick fast!!!
I purchased a new tym t494c little over a year ago and ive put it through the ringer and she has been great ive mowed around 70 acres of neglected land getting it back in shape with a 6' rotary cutter in extreme heat with no issues and i can say im honestly impressed with it. The 4x4 is amazing she will go anywhere. I wont say anything bad about other brands but for the price and value imo i got the best bang for your buck.
Love my TYM T264 Basically the same as the T25 minus the bells and whistles on the 25. Originally saw it on Tony's Tractor Adventure page and this TYM has been an absolute great tractor for my needs! Keep spreading the name of the brand.
I have a tym 474. Im in Michigan. My priorities when buying it was being able to lift my 1500 pound round bales, having hydrostat so my wife would drive it, and having a heated cab for the winter. I had an open station massey before that I loved, but TYM was $18000 less money for a cab tractor than massey, john deere, or anyone els. If I trade tractors again, I will get 24 inch rear rims. THere is much larger selection of tires available in 24 inch rims for more liquid ballast capacity. THis tym is a little clunky. THe rear remote levers, like he said, are very short, and awkward to operate. My range selector doesnt move smoothly. The 3 point lever inside the cab is short and too close to the seat. Like I said, the tractor is a little clunky, but for the money, it does everything I want it to do. Im happy with it overall.
I love Kubota AND John Deere just so that is said, but when I was looking for a tractor 4 years ago (Well i've been looking for 20 years LOL). I researched tractor models to death based upon my needs I had defined. I settled on a 45-50Hp medium sized compact tractor. Then I heard of Kukje Engines and mechanical injection, being I'm an IT guy I wanted less computers. I found my local dealer and looked at their lineup. Ultimately chose a T474 Cab HST, here I am 550h later a very satisfied owner. I haven't broken it yet, I service it myself and can source most filters dealer or NAPA/Wix with no issues. Been an utterly reliable tractor for me on my 5th year of ownership.
I got a used with low hours(80) branson 2515h for significantly less than a new 1025r/BX, etc. Nearly 3x the lift capabilities vs the sub compacts is what really sold me on it. It is a beast for what it is at only 25hp. It needs a LOT of ballast to keep from lifting the rear. With filled tires and a box blade it will still easily lift the back tires. It may need filled tires and over 1,000lbs on the 3pt to be properly ballasted. I have seen some people mention front axle seal issues, which is probably from not having enough ballast. It will be interesting to see what you end up with. Good to see you may keep the BX, it is the channel icon at this point, lol.
I bought a 2515 last year and have been extremely happy with it. Just don’t plan on using it in high range with the tractor being so heavy and only 25HP. If you really have a need for the higher range, I’d suggest looking at the 3515 or higher. Other than that, it’ll lift anything and everything!
Remove any slack from the cable between the pedals and the injection pump. Use the throttle lever to give it RPMs from the start. Turn up the pump, shhh.
Bud I ask you to consider one thing before going tym. I'm a BX and L tractor owner myself. Both are over 10 years old. I challenge you to find a TYM owner with a 10 year old machine and either ask him directly which parts he has needed and which parts are available. We buy these machines to hopefully work for us on small farms and homesteads for well over the warranty period and we accept that under the idea we can still get parts 15-20 years. My 13 Year old mower deck for my BX was an oddball deck that failed in almost a catastrophic fashion after 900 hours and while I did have to order and wait on parts, they were available. It's not about parts availability for the tractors made in the last 5 years. It's about getting those parts 10-15 years from new. Love your videos but don't get me started on parts availability for my 1952 Ford 8n that I can still get just about any parts for. Longevity of support is what I find in Kubota. Deere was good but they got greedy and woke. Plus I have several Kubota manufacturing plants in my great state of GA that employ many folks. Not just assembly either. Real manufacturing here with Kubota.
I still have my L2501 Kubota and like it. It’s a great machine. However, when the time came to upgrade my capability I started shopping all over again. I bought a T474HC. To equip a Kubota with everything that is standard on the TYM made the price about 20k more. I love Kubota but I couldn’t justify that. TYM was by far the best value for me and we have them all within a reasonable distance.
My TYM574 has been so unreliable. I have had to go by a second tractor because it stays in the shop so much it only has around 450 hours and it’s falling apart, but not cosmetically. It still looks like it rolled off the showroom frontend has gone out shaft seals and bearings. The rear wiper comes on randomly the rear wheel seal went out the steering wheel jumps and pops like some thing in the steering control valve isn’t happy it started leaking at around 300 hours, but that stopped leaking the reason it is in the shop now is because the AC compressor has taken a 💩 sending metal shavings throughout the system so now it’s having the AC system replaced. It’s been in the shop for nearly a month now. I’m not a first time tractor owner I have owned a John Deere 5083E a eMax 25 a 8N ford I just had to go by a spare tractor a cheap farm pro 2425 Chinese tractor it’s already proven to be more reliable than my new TYM
My TYM dealer provides outstanding service. I just turned 40 hrs on my 2515H . It's incredible! Check out the torque specs. This tractor has as much torque as 35hp tractor.!
If you ask me, to help by buying TYM, LS, John Deere, Branson, Kubota, Case, Massey, Fendt, Yanmar ARGO SpA products and many more it's all good because it is made within countries we share common principals, mutual respect and even tied military wise. Those to avoid due to huge political differences and even foe, is anything Chinese and avoid Indian companies such as Mahindra and Sonalika.
Good video!! Well my cousin sells Branson/ TWM tractors talked me into gettin a 2515 shuttle it was a beautiful tractor but i use a finish mower or bush hog n box blade with loaded tires mowing with my granddaughters in bucket they weighed total of 225 pounds it would break traction on flat ground i didn't have anything heavy enough for 3 point to pickup very much with loader. I traded for a 1626 mahindra shuttle. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun
I got a 574 tym, and I was going to buy another, but our Nashville dealer is not having anymore tym tractors due to hard to get parts. Just letting you know. Now I do like the tym 574 it's more then I need and works great.
I have the T574. It is a better value than the competition for much less. To many people out there stuck on a manufacturer which many are living on past success.
My dad's work went with Kubota for a multi-million dollar purchase. They had nothing but problems. His half-brothers wife is in charge of a national parks groundskeeping department. They went with John Deere. They had nothing but problems. I hope this brand in the ls brand are a lot better. Because otherwise, I just don't know what a safe buy would be nowadays.
@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead I agree. It's perfect for small property owners doing true utilities....not farming. I'm seriously considering trading my Kubota. My only issue is the closest TYM dealer is almost 2 hours away
Hey Mate G/day from Australia. Like you I started with a Kubota BX and the my requirements outgrew it and I purchased a Kioti CK 3010 compact tractor. Like you cost and performance was a big factor. So happy the I made the jump up and been very, very happy with Kioti. Bite the bullet, do it , and you will never look back.
I was really hoping to see you do a once over on that T130. I haven’t been able to find a TYM 100+ HP tractor in my neck of the Northwoods yet. Good lineup review. Cheers 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
I still think you should go with the hydros plus lift cylinders for the loader. You’d be able to do so much more with out changing much on the tractor or having to add anything before you do a task. Another part of me thinks since you own 38 acres you should probably already have a larger frame tractor. Some thing that helps with those bigger jobs and keeps you from putting tons of hours and stress on the little BX. I’ve seen most of your videos and love the hell you put your BX through, but I often wonder when you’re gonna upgrade. If TYM offers you a killer deal on a larger frame tractor I’d take it. Tons of videos to be made on that alone. Keep the content rolling buddy
Great video buddy! Enjoyed you sharing your thoughts on TYM. And, had no clue your wife and daughter had a coffee shop! How do I order coffee?!?! I’m a coffee nut brother. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Thanks, Joe! Yeah we are coffee nuts too! My wife and I have roasted our own beans for years, then our daughter worked as a barista for a couple years and loved it. We just decided to go for it. They are living their dream! I’ll have to get you some of our beans to try. Thanks for stopping by! 👊
You was about 5 minutes from me. I got a John Deere tractor 4 years ago. I got it the correct size for what I do. But if I had to make that purchase today with today’s prices I think I roll the dice on tym. That’s coming from a strictly John Deere guy. I’m starting to need a second tractor but for what I need I’ll probably buy a used piece of equipment. I drive past those tym tractors every day and they are eye catching for sure.
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead yes. Have a bluegrass gospel group. I play guitar in it. Side note I seen your Martin video. If you ever need any work done you were just minutes from one of the best builders in the country. His name is Gary Cotten.
If deere / kubota would offer an equally capable machine, their reputation could justify a higher price. But you have to pay more for them just to have a less capable machine and it really grinds my gears. I hope my next is a TYM or Kioti.
My TYM dealer is 53 miles away, but its also about the same distance as the nearest Kioti and LS dealerships. One of the tradeoffs of living in a more rural area. I think all 3 brands are slowly increasing their dealer networks though which is a good thing.
Thanks for the info. I'll stick to my Kubota thanks. With the full coverage KATC insurance, that covers everything "bumper to bumper". A bit more comprehensive than a 2yr warranty. Plus Kubota makes all their own parts, whereas I think TYM engines are made my Yanmar (S Korea). My dad's L175 is almost 50 yrs old, and it is still going strong. No telling how many hours that thing has as it has rolled the hour meter several times. I wound up going with the Kubota L2502 (partly due to the non-computerized engine with standard emmisions - no regen). I did pay more for a similar sized Kubota, but with 0% interest financing, it wasn't a big issue. I don't have any experience with the TYMs personally, but I know of at least two around where I live that are less than 10 yrs old sitting dead in the weeds. Not sure why. The price and lift capacity are tempting, but...... for 99% of what I do with a tractor, my Kubota fits my needs well.
I need to find out if TYM has an insurance like that. I know there are some insurance agencies that offer good coverage. TYM has had competitive financing too. What gets me is the fact that you have to spend over $40k to get a Kubota that will lift over 2k pounds. You can do it with TYM for half the price. That’s a pretty big deal. I am giving them a strong look….🤷🏼♂️
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead I totally understand. I bought mine to last me my lifetime (an investment), and be capable of accomplishing most of my needs, as should you. I don't need to lift that much weight with my loader very often. If I can't lift it, I drag it, and if I can't drag it, I leave it. I looked at Kioti, TYM (Branson), Deere and Kubota before purchasing this one, and the price was tempting. Hopefully these brands will still be there for us in the future when our warranties have long expired. Especially the computerized machines.
Many of the TYM models do have Yanmar engines in them. Several of the TYM models have their own TYM "Kukje" engines in them, which are based off of Cummings design and considered a very strong desirable engine.
TYM owner here, yes, they are an up and coming brand, and Kioti is the only other brand between Kubota and TYM that I see, and Kioti is getting too pricey just like Kubota and John Deere and the sad part is Deere has just made the move to be no more made in America than any other brand in the market segment. And as to that, Kubota, Kioti and TYM have models that use their own engines, Deere hasn't used their own engine in the below 60hp (compact) market segment for decades. They have been using the same engine as the entire rest of the market has been. If it's such a great engine, why not get it in a cheaper package, if it's such an awful engine, why would you put it in your "super awesome " tractor? By using the Yanmar engines, you are acknowledging your tractor is no different than any other, you just expect more money for it being painted green. Give me the Red tractor.
Exactly. You have to step up to an MX5400 to lift that much. Overall cost will be double. Now obviously you’re getting a lot more HP so that isn’t apples to apples, but when more lift is all you need, that’s a big deal.
I bust my shins on seat knob. Need to to make room between operating station . No paperwork on the tractor from dealer. Only online info. I want all parts info and numbers in my hand to order anywhere. Ya good luck.
I think a lot of people who like to put the TYM tractors down should do research on them beforehand. TYM is not new to building tractors. They may not have been doing it as long as some of the others, but they've been doing it since 1951. It's odd that people think these are just junk tractors that you can't get parts for. That is just ignorant thinking. They need to consider that the U.S. isn't the only country that farms. In fact, most other countries have been doing it a lot longer than we have. Which means they depend on these tractors and equipment to get the job done and last just as much as we do. For many of them it is their livelihood, and not just a hobby farmer. They really NEED the equipment to be reliable, and it is. I've been hard on my T574 moving trees and whatnot well beyond it's lift capacity, and it has gotten the job done without a single issue. TYM is not going away. They will still have parts available well into the future. It's the big name brands everyone needs to be concerned about with them shipping all the jobs off to other countries. Yeah, TYMs are manufactured in South Korea, but guess what...Kioti is a South Korean company as well just like LS. They do have an assembly plant in Georgia however. Kubota, John Deere, and Kioti are all overpriced. Not saying they are bad they have just gotten full of themselves over the years, and they will charge whatever people are willing to pay. If I were to look at buying another tractor I'd be going with a Deutz. They have a really nice 80hp tractor for a very reasonable price with a loader, 4wd, and 4 wheel brakes which as far as i know no other tractor manufacturer has.
I've been looking at the Summt TX25 because it's FULLY LOADED that are options on most other tractors... but it just seems a bit small. They've been advertising coming out with a 35HP the last 2 years... but so far... nothing. Does the TYM have loaded tires?
They are not included like on the Summit. I got a chance to try out a Summit a little and will have a video of my thoughts vs. the 2515 for my needs. Should be done and ready to post it in about a week or so…
Man it really sounds like you are going to get a different tractor. I’m going to miss laughing at how you drive the BX. But I’m sure the new tractor will be pushed to its limits. TYM great tractor, best in it class for lift and a great price. If you do get one I can’t wait to see how you push it to its limits. Good video.
Keep the BX for sure. It can still get into places that the bigger one can’t. This sounds weird but, one of the biggest reasons I bought my B2601 and not anything else is for the color. I love orange. There is better tractors in the B size out there but I didn’t like the color. Sounds stupid but it is what it is.
I actually have a video introducing the new (used) farm truck coming. The old dodge was still running and pulling great, but it had a lot of interior issues like AC broken, etc that I just was ready to move on to something more comfortable. 👍
Tym is a solid tractor...better than alot....but they only demo tractors with people that don't know anything about tractors or farming.. but they have a few issues that if a real farmer used them could give them input they need to improve their tractors
@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead well one major issue I hear youtubers talk about is radiator plug up issues....there hood screens aren't right....or being bypassed...not sure....someone with a little more tractor seat time needs to demo these is all I mean...someone running tractors for 35 plus years in these scenarios can easily pick out problems in a unit...overall I think they are quality....id like to put ine of their 100 to 130 horse tractors against me kubotas for a hay season....then I'd give you a solid review on one....its just the people on youtube are great folks...watch most of them....but they don't really use the tractors....I mean 10 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week for a year...bigger issue than what brand tractor you have is the dealer....more important that brand is quality of dealer...if dealer is good and stands behind you...brand dont matter...if dealer sucks....brand don't matter you won't like machine
Also loader capacity on tractors is bs....kubota one of the few that give you real numbers...they are rated centerline of bucket...a number the tractor can actually lift....these like most companies rate capacity at the pins were quuck attach connects....over 2 feet usually from centerline....its an unrealistic number you can ever pick up in a bucket or any attachments.....you can quickly look at any kubota loader and know it s lift....also only company I know that there loader number is lift capacity in kilos....I like up front honesty....not deception
I considered TYM, and went to their website to get pricing info. Went through the "Build your own" just like I did with Kubota and RK Tractors so I could compare. Got to where the price should be and the only option is fill in a contact form to request a quote. No thank you. You do not need my personal info just to give me a price. No company does.
So you would spend $15k more for a different brand because they put prices on a website? Not sure I follow that logic. You can’t buy any of them without talking to a dealer. 🤷🏼♂️
True, but I can get pricing online without giving some idiot salesman a chance to spam call me. And unless the TYM that I was looking at is only $8,000 with the bucket and backhoe attachments and turf tires, they aren't $15,000 cheaper.
@@rogerkern content creators are doing it so TYM can sponsor them a free tractor. It's obvious. Which ain't bad because we learn just how good or bad the company is.
Kubota is a reliable hard working tractor but their compact tactors are too light in the chassis and their fel capacities are seriously lacking, not to mention Kubota nickel and dimes their buyers on features that come standard on Korean models. I can buy a TYM tractor for 5-10 thousand dollars less which allows for two to four more implements!
It's clear you are smarter than most. But I went to two different tym dealers who flat out told me they will not be carrying the tym tractor anymore because of parts and service issue. They both said it was a good tractor but parts and service was such an issue they could no longer put there name behind them. These were reputable dealers. Bottom line you make a comment " I've seen all the comments " but you have never owned one or dealt with there parts or service in a real world situation. If these dealers could remain profitable and had no issues They would not be eliminating them from there fleet. You make UA-cam videos They make a living in parts, sales and service of tractors Do your research " not just talking to your buddies " and you will find tym has a real issue they are trying to fix
I appreciate the comment. My information came solely from that dealer. They said they service everything they sell and have never had an issue. I’m not saying it isn’t true. I can’t know that. I just am sharing the information they told me.
Parts and service were a huge deal for me. My dealer had no issue getting a third function kit when I bought mine. It was less than a week. I think the parts availability thing is more dealer driven than TYM.
TYM makes their own machines unless you get a model with a Yanmar engine. New Holland’s are made by LS and LS used to use the Shibaura engines but TYM and LS are two different Korean companies
@@Mike-r2x1g My point, a TYM is a TYM unless it's not. Also we have had three different TYM dealerships in the past ten years with periods of none. NO TYM dealers had decent service facilities. In my area resale value is tragic. Several years ago, I sold a GL5030HSTC for what I paid. I could go on, but if you are a TYM fan, go for it.
Why would anyone purchase a tym tractor 🤔I don’t know perhaps it might be the 15000 to 20000 in savings to get a more capable tractor 🤷♂️perhaps it’s the fact that tym is investing in the United States companies like John Deere are running from the United States down to Mexico, laying off employees having rainbow parties, not letting people work on their own equipment due to proprietary information. at the end of the day, the last time I checked, this is America. Why we still have some of the freedoms we’re supposed to you have the freedom of choice many things are no longer 100% American built. Certainly tractors are high on that list of things not produced 100% in America anymore. This is a fact. I think it wise to support the American workers not American companies at this point. Ps for the trolls this of course is a general statement. Buy the tractor or any product that makes sense to you people it’s a global economy now.

Considering a 2515H myself, which 5-foot tiller did you get, how well does it work, what kind of soil do you have, and is it reversable?

I'm very happy with my T574. It will lift a full IBC tote to full height without an issue
Report how much you love it in 1000hrs. I'd be interested in seeing then.
The TYM 2515 is basically the Branson 2515H which is a beast of a machine at its size.
I am about to try and load a big old log on my mill that my BX can’t lift so I need to do something soon!
I have a TYM T474 (47HP) 2000lb bucket lift. pound for pound you can't get a better tractor. It has more accessories upgrade straight out of the box that other brand you have to add after you buy it. my dealer is 45 minutes away. I love it.
@@victorm7274 good stuff! Thanks!
I've got an 2023 TYM T25. It has been awesome for the 100hrs I've used it. I've done lift tests and it lifts 1834lbs.
Wow! That is stout! Thanks for sharing!
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead yup, their lift capacity, price, and reliability were why I went with TYM.
I live in northern New England and had never heard of TYM prior to this video. They look well built. Thanks for educating me!!
They have my attention. Thanks for watching!
I bet. 😂. Thanks for the comment!
Great information! Thanks for sharing your experience. 👊
Love my TYM T264 Basically the same as the T25 minus the bells and whistles on the 25. Originally saw it on Tony's Tractor Adventure page and this TYM has been an absolute great tractor for my needs! Keep spreading the name of the brand.
Right on! Tony knows his TYMs.
Thanks for watching!
I wanted a TYM 25 but no dealers in my area , Found out they build tractors for rural king and bought the RK 25 , 430 hours and no issues so far !
Good info!
Awesome information! Thanks for sharing your experience. 👊
I think I’m pretty much in the exact position, Lucas. I love my B2601, but the lift capacity is just not cutting it for my needs.
I'm in the process of buying a TYM, good quality and great value. If you prefer to stay with orange paint though, you might consider looking at Kioti.
I am still undecided, but in my research the most lift for the money seems to be TYM…
Yeah, the BX is so handy for getting into tight spaces and everyone in the family can easily operate it….
I bought a 2515 last year and have been extremely happy with it. Just don’t plan on using it in high range with the tractor being so heavy and only 25HP. If you really have a need for the higher range, I’d suggest looking at the 3515 or higher. Other than that, it’ll lift anything and everything!
Great info! Thanks for sharing!
I have a 2007 tym t450. I needed a headlight switch for it, my dealer had it in stock and anything that needed to be ordered was there in a few days.
I am happy with both of my Branson tractors.
Good machines!
I have the RK55 works great and the cab is a no question, The A/c radio and the hydro stat way better than my Cabot,
My TYM574 has been so unreliable.
Awesome!
I have never heard of this tractor. Thanks for the video and information on this product so I can research them. God Bless
You bet! I am enjoying learning too!
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead there are no dealers in Alabama. God Bless
Good information. Thank you!
Tony would be proud of you if you get a TYM
😊👊
I got a 574 tym, and I was going to buy another, but our Nashville dealer is not having anymore tym tractors due to hard to get parts. Just letting you know.
Now I do like the tym 574 it's more then I need and works great.
Could be where your at. I have the same tractor and no issues regarding parts
Tha is for the comment.
no not that, love the tractor, it's the dealer he had trouble getting parts for customers, ive been trying to get a backhoe for my 574
I love my 474 cab tractor.
I have the T574. It is a better value than the competition for much less. To many people out there stuck on a manufacturer which many are living on past success.
That’s a sweet machine for sure!
I bought a B2601 new in 2019. It's a good tractor and it has served me well but I would trade it for a 2515H TYM in a heartbeat!!
I feel like that 2515 is just were the value is in the market right now. Solid machine at a good price.
I’m sure I will be happy stepping up. I’m in saving mode right now while I research. 💸💸💸
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead I know that position lol. Never over stretch the budget.
I was really hoping to see you do a once over on that T130. I haven’t been able to find a TYM 100+ HP tractor in my neck of the Northwoods yet. Good lineup review. Cheers 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
We are all waiting for your video of you and Caden bringing one of these home and unloading, I’ll be looking tomorrow lol good video Lucas!
lol. I wish! Gonna take me a bit longer to save up.
I have a bad boy 1025 tractor. It was made by TYM. Great tractor! I love my BAD BOY tractor
The whole reason I haven’t gone the hydros plus route is because I just know at this point I need a bigger frame tractor.
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead I would agree. I’ll be looking towards seeing your future videos.
The TYM 474 is what I am looking at 48 hp lager frame, will be using on my 82 acres of hunting property
The size of these starter machines now is *CRAZY*
not sure where you got your LS prices but in 2019 mine was 10 k less than the comparable kubota,
All subcompact tractors are alike same yamnar engine same transmission I guess it boils down to what color you want
They definitely have my attention.
Side note- love me some bluegrass! Do you play?
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead yes. Have a bluegrass gospel group. I play guitar in it. Side note I seen your Martin video. If you ever need any work done you were just minutes from one of the best builders in the country. His name is Gary Cotten.
Oh yeah, I know the name. 👍
If deere / kubota would offer an equally capable machine, their reputation could justify a higher price. But you have to pay more for them just to have a less capable machine and it really grinds my gears.
I hope my next is a TYM or Kioti.
Substantially more for less capability. The gap is just too large right now. 🤷🏼♂️ I love Kubota, but in today’s market I can’t justify it.
I would have bought a TYM tractor. There was no dealership near me. About 100 miles away.
My TYM dealer is 53 miles away, but its also about the same distance as the nearest Kioti and LS dealerships. One of the tradeoffs of living in a more rural area. I think all 3 brands are slowly increasing their dealer networks though which is a good thing.
Yeah, I believe they will continue to grow…
TYM is really promoting their products. What is the quality and reliability over a 20 year period?
Well, the 2515 is a Branson legacy model and Branson has a pretty good track record. My Dad bought one new in 2006 I think…
@@beardedrockinhillbillymechanical diesel way less computer stuff and less sensors have heard great things about the kukje engines
My Kubota l3200 won't lift 2200# thats impressive. Id buy tym over Kubota next time. Plus a 6 year warranty
Exactly. You have to step up to an MX5400 to lift that much. Overall cost will be double. Now obviously you’re getting a lot more HP so that isn’t apples to apples, but when more lift is all you need, that’s a big deal.
Love my 2024 2515h.great tractor
Right on! Thanks for the comment.
Im about to buy a 2515 myself
Nice! Keep me posted on how you like it!
Great info! Thanks for sharing!
Good morning Lucas!
Good morning!
Should be done and ready to post it in about a week or so…
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead Yeah...I think what they have right now would be too small for what I want/need and I'd have buyers remorse..
Good video.
I want a bigger tractor bad, but if I buy one I will be keeping the BX I think…
Keep the BX for sure. It can still get into places that the bigger one can’t.
This sounds weird but, one of the biggest reasons I bought my B2601 and not anything else is for the color. I love orange. There is better tractors in the B size out there but I didn’t like the color. Sounds stupid but it is what it is.
It’s your money and your tractor. If you want orange buy orange. Not stupid if you’re happy. 👊
Love watching your videos!!! What happened to your Dodge?
I actually have a video introducing the new (used) farm truck coming.
The old dodge was still running and pulling great, but it had a lot of interior issues like AC broken, etc that I just was ready to move on to something more comfortable. 👍
Nothing wring with that. Your videos are so cool and I have a ton of respect for you in terms of being genuine and such a family man!
TYM will never compete with Kubota as a whole and in many ways. I expect eventually TYM prices are going to creep upward and keep going.
48hp, no DEF, 2100# @ bucket, 2600# @ 3 point. Cab, 67% of a Kubota. Cost/Capability. Maybe it will be a bad deal for my grandson.
Mr Lucas. Come to the red dark side lol. Seriously I think you would love a 2515. Wish you were closer you could run mine around and get your thoughts
I really would like to operate one for a bit. I’m saving money now, because I am going to have to have a bigger machine…
@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead If your in my area again let me know and ill have it topped of on fuel for ya.
Tym is a solid tractor...better than alot....but they only demo tractors with people that don't know anything about tractors or farming.. but they have a few issues that if a real farmer used them could give them input they need to improve their tractors
That’s interesting. I definitely fall into that “not a real farmer” category…. Can you elaborate on the issues you see?
@@danielthomason5685 gotcha! Yeah, I see your point. Thanks for the thoughts! 👊
This TYM content creator media blitz is crazy this past couple of weeks.
I am in no way affiliated with TYM. I am just researching because I need a bigger frame tractor with more lift.
Everyone doing this to boost sales and when sales goes up so does the price
@@rogerkern content creators are doing it so TYM can sponsor them a free tractor. It's obvious. Which ain't bad because we learn just how good or bad the company is.

What about Mahindra missed 9ut on another good tractor.

I love my Kubota and if I could afford one that would lift 2000# that is likely what I would buy. I just can’t.
They're about 50 minutes from me..
Then you can’t be too far from me. 👊

I work in Portsmouth.

If a dollar store was a tractor TYM would be it.
You’re the first one I’ve heard with that opinion. Why is that?
Totally disagree. The company is South Korean and has solid quality backing.
If these dealers could remain profitable and had no issues
They would not be eliminating them from there fleet.
You make UA-cam videos
They make a living in parts, sales and service of tractors
Do your research " not just talking to your buddies " and you will find tym has a real issue they are trying to fix
Sorry you ook better in orange
I still like my Kubota!
😯
I would go massy Ferguson over tym. Any day
It's a TYM, but not really. It's a New Holland, use to be a Shibaru, now LS; future, who knows...I'll stick with someone who makes their own machines.
@@tripler3724 So, other than Yanmar engines in some models what does TYM not make?
