Templates are the keys to semetry in custom fabrication. Mix that with abs plastic abs you can make anything. Especially if that plastic comes out of a 3D printer

The wire trick is good idea!! Like piping you would normally have to sew into place. You could get that wire that lights up and border it with like purple or blue or even just bright white would give it that lit yet classy look! Mobile solutions come up with some cool stuff. It's extremely simple and at the same time it's a tool that is far beyond what meets the eye if that makes any sense. Hard to translate what is going on in my dome piece sometimes lol

  • @turbofreakdotcom

Those Mobile Solutions templates could be used to easily make some cool furniture too. You have the upholstery down to a science! I like the genius wire trick too. I'd like to see you do that again with fiber optic line, monofilament, or something clear you can then light up!

I'm not really into fully customizing my car audio so much, just as long as I have a good sound that I'm happy with, but what you custom guys do is amazing and you have my full respect!... And who knows, one day lol... Great videos, thanks for sharing.

Okay I have 2 12s that are dual voice coil 2 ohm that have a rms of 600 with a max of 1200. My amp is a 2000 watt at 1ohm and a 1400 watt at 2ohm. I’m trying to figure out how to wire them for a 2ohm load. I have a sealed box , so could The run 2 positives and 2 negatives from a sub into the one connection port on each side or would that not work. If u have any other suggestions let me know

Hi Mark, have just installed some Rockford speakers, Rockford p300 12 audio control lc 7 and Clarion eqs 746 however I am getting some noise from the tweeter even when muted. I just picked up the car and while driving back I felt no much effect from the Rockford components door speakers as well. Any suggestions for this please?

Hey man- still love your vids! I know a lot of pros watch your vids but I bet there’s even more of us average “Joe’s”. We’d like to see you switch up your lessons some and show how people used to build these things using poor man’s tools. Mobile Solutions makes some great tools but a little pricey for us to follow along.

Love your work , designs and videos and dont get me wrong , i am definitely jealous on how many tools and templates u have and thats just to name a few , but i know u wouldnt ever need to ,but could u make a video that goes back old school like do a build but only use the basic tools that we wouldve had back in the day , and the reason why i ask , even though ur designs and work is unbelievable and very educational , just saying could u come down , to well honestly my abilities a person that have basics hand tools and a cheap jig saw actually scratch that , that was stolen bc son though it was for cutting down tree limbs with lol cant ever win or get ahead 😂 but with a really cheap skill saw yes it has a blade but u might as well use a blow torch because that blade is so dull it doesnt cut just ssmokes lol 😂 but i do have four drills well there again only two really work a 12v and 16v but trying to help someone out in a big problem need some money for groceries and to keep there utilities on lead me to getting drills with no chargers to charge the batteries , two sanders but they are broke and then a buffer that i honestly believe could've or should've come from a ancient tool museum and if u guessed yes it doesnt work either but thank god for what i do have , its all i got and I'll keep doing what i love to do the most always have and always will , i really wanna go to a db drag or a bass competition where im at they dont have nothing like that Knoxville TN ALSO !!!! why does it feel like if i wanna go crazy bass , it seems like design and placement and overall cleanliness doesnt happen or lacks of the way u had envisioned it to the sound , like when u see bass competitions , u think customer fiberglass molds or a wall with 15s everywhere with custom door panels with 12s n the doors along with highs and mids pretty much custom everything but totally different look when u only work on it at home or it maybe just be my way , bc after u get off ur second job just to come home and work on ur system when u can , with most of the time involves u waking up 4 hours later using a sub box as a bed or just crashing while the bass be hittin sounds like a lullaby then go landscaping at 5:30am (1st job) soon as i got off there which looking at no later than 9:00pm immediately go clean Dr offices and hospitals , detail vehicles , go pressure wash dump trucks for a major client then finally go clean a hospital not the whole thing , say about half well if not a suite more than half then a court house and all departments in the building which im done after and usually finish up bout 3:30 - 4:30 thats if there not dirty now if they r dirty im up till usually day or two but gotta do what i gotta do i gotta family , my wife thats unable to work due to medical complications and seizures while recovering from breast cancer undergoing chemo and radiation but been a few years now since the cancer etc just has uncontrolled seizures and overall health isnt the best it took its toll but anyhow also have two amazing kids 16 and 13 year olds and then my dream of a sound system that no only hits hard but looks like it should and anybody wanna question it , well proof is all i have alot of but not wanting a pitty party there r ppl worse than me but im just asking if u would do a ,old school work day for a video with basic stuff like, what i , would use and have just wanted to see if honestly , im just thinking way out of my limits with quality of product ( brand name ) like im running. 4X MB QUARTZ 6.5 , 2X KICKER 3.5 or maybe 3inch in dome pods on the dash pointed toward driver and passenger in corners on the front dash , oldschool INFINITY 3inch x2 mounted in the bezel also in front dash , 2X KICKER 12S ON A JBL 600.1 AT 1ohm with a old school MTX BLUE THUNDER EXTREME 75X4 the blue and grayish looking ive been told back in the 90s the were referred to as the cheater amps for actually making more than what was rated for but those are on my mids and highs BUT HONESTLY WITH ALL THIS STUFF GOING ON. , AM I AIMING FOR ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT AND JUST NOT BEING REALISTIC with stuff like money , equipment , tools ,and let alone how many hours would be involved , like my goal is for 2 or 3 L7s solobarics , custom door panels , kick panels will have 8s or 10s if not then juzt 6x9 and 2x 6x9 in the doors with either 2x 8s or 1x 10
with my highs in the I PILLARS but also put ONE 10 or TWO 8s in atleast driver and passen doors , then just mids and A DRIVER in the back doors BUT where the dash bezel is i wanna cut the holes bigger and put FOUR 6.5 OR FOUR 6X9 and that its thats my ultimate goal and my dreames but i really just setttle for the 2 L7s and then keep my 6.5 in my doors as is but add the highs to the pillars but thats a dream so reality i just hope for 2 or 3 L7s and some new mids and highs but sorrry to wright a book just tired of being let down and never getting anywhere close to my goal but lol 😂 but everytime i do come close to just 1 of the L7s price , just something else comes up so im just hoping now , just to be able to get new better subs and mids than what i have now now subs r max 300 watts 150 rms dont mind my mids really ive always loved MB QUARTZ just need to find one of the old school MTX CROSSOVERS ( BLACK BOX)
