The sound you're talking about is a Tremolo effect. Some guitar amplifiers have built-in tremolo. The "whammy bar" on a guitar is also referred to as a tremolo, but this continuous tremolo effect is done at the amplifier or soundboard.
Its either a slow reverb effect or its running through a "Leslie" speaker cabinet 🔊🗄️ where horn shaped speakers within the cabinet spin creating that effect. The speed of ghe spin can also be controlled by a peddle. They sound awesome and def. a very unique sound. They could be using both. 🤷 That's my Humble Opinion. Fun reaction to watch! (& obviously a 🎸 effect)
Led Zeppelin is the greatest rock band of all time, you have to react to songs like Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir, Achilles last stand, All of my love, they are the masterpieces of Lep Zepp.
I love Robert and Jimmy!! This is my favorite album, it's called physical graffiti. My favorite songs are Boogie with Stu/ Custard Pie/ kashmir/ bron-Yr/black country woman/ In my time of dying/ this song that you're reacting to. Man, I love this album! React to Boogie With Stu (Sunset mix) by Led Zep
This song is a nod to Neil Young in sound and lyrics. ☺Physical Graffiti is a masterpiece! Can't wait till you react to it particularly In My Time of Dying.
Not a whammy bar it's Jimmy Pages unique tuning on the guitar with pedal effects! This song got inspiration when Jimmy Page and Robert Plant took a vacation in the Bahamas and the Caribbean drinking tiki drinks buy the seaside that's why Jimmy tuned his guitar to sound Hawaiian
Physical Graffiti is their greatest album, and although I love this song, it is one of the weaker ones on the album. The song is in 3 parts; seaside , city and country. The music shifts from "underwater", to hectic, to "twangy" to reflect the lyrical settings.
They were magnificent...every single song! Every album was fabulous!
It really is ridiculous how good this bad really is.

Kashmir is the strongest song on this double LP, and arguably there best song.
The guitar is using a tremelo effect on the amp or through a pedal. Otherwise its a normal guitar.
