Unless your cream cheese is very cold, there's no reason to cook this because there are no eggs. If your cream cheese is super cold, put it in your microwave for 45 seconds at 30% power - OR - let sit out until room temperature. Then combine everything well, cover and put in fridge until firm again. No ovens needed. 😊
