We all need to stop being hyper-focused on the extreme minority of owners who have issues when 99.9% of people do not. Every phone can break or be defective... but I've seen no evidence this phone is anything less than a beast.
    Now we need Android 14!!!!!!!

This phone is the best on all aspects that matter. No wireless charging? Battery will last long enough that you won't miss it. Splash resistant but not water proof? Most people don't take the risk anyhow because that's dumb. I haven't missed any Samsung features of my previous phones.

If the photos is not 100 % flagship quality then show proof that the s24u takes better pictures or the iPhone 15 Pro Max if not then don't say it. I've done comparison and the Open has taken better pictures then all of them.

This phone takes excellent pics! I never picked up the S24U but I DID have the S23U and the Open takes just as good of photos except for zoom. I'm happy with these cameras! 📸

I ordered an Open at launch. My first foldable ever! Saw failures and bad customer service experiences on Reddit and sold it. But really missed having a foldable so I was shopping the Fold 6 and the Open. Ended up ordering an Open again. Way smaller crease and the form factor when its closed brought me back. Mine second Open arrives on Thursday and I cant wait!

I've had mine for about a month and it has been an amazing experience. Did a matt screen protection upgrade on the inner display on top of the protection that came with the phone and its even better, no finger prints no glare no visible crease and it just looks so much better. I left the original screen protection on for warranty reasons and also it gives it more protection.

    • @nathancasey7712

Absolutely and I really recommend it, I know some folks don't enjoy matt finish on there screen for some reason. In this case it checked all the benefits especially considering how bright the original screen was it looked disgusting after a while of gaming or multitasking I had to constantly wipe it off but now it just looks like a sheet of paper.

Everyone out there, save your money and your patience and go with the Z-Fold 6.
I got the the OnePlus Open about 3 months ago instead of waiting on the Z-Fold 6.
I had the Z-Fold 3, and honestly, I wish I kept it and waited for the Z-Fold 6.
    The load times are Crap!
    The operating systems are Crap!
Scrolling is nearly impossible on texts, emails or anything you need to scroll.
For instance, checking grammar and punctuation on texts and emails. Forget it!!!
I'd rather have my old and dated Z-Fold 3.
Two updates in those 3 months and nothing to fix any of it's problems. Thinking of selling it on eBay.
    So sorry I didn't wait😭
Not to mention that I could have gotten the Z-Fold 6 for $600 less.

My biggest issue with the phone was the massive camera bump. I found it difficult to get a good grip on the phone as half of the back, is, the camera. I also hated touching the camera because i take a lot of pictures so keep the lense clean was a chore.
Minor gripe was the picture quality which was equal to the Note20 Ultra.
