you do realise the sponser spot is not just a psu both probably a heap of cash to buy everything for the video...
Its important to point out that Nvidia 'owns' the GPU market for scientific work due to its more mature software library / framework (CUDA)
AMD does offer a similar framework albeit still very much rough around the edges.
Nvidia did not actually make the first graphics card

"What did it cost?"
Mac Pro Killer: $32,000

Shaktivel Divinity no. It was 33 thousand. Did you even watch 3 minutes into the video?
Funny thing is a 6000 dollar PC shits on the Mac Pro
Midget1 the 33,000 dollar one is their custom mac pro. the retail one is 52k or whatever
Jeb Hank Who would even buy the Mac Pro? Wtf.. I can kinda see why people buy MacBooks. But the Mac Pro is straight up shit

my face when my already high end gaming gpu is 1/4 the price of the “display output” on this $32000 machine. you guys coulda used a 2060 you didnt need to flex on us. thats like using a koenigsegg as a safety car.
Yep
But its ltt lol
Expect the most op graphics card xD
would you not?
They needed a card of the same series.
I believe konenigsegg was used as a safety car once
Satabell Of course it was

Linus: spends 2500 on display output
And like....seeing as how it's turing, a 1650 would've been fine. XD
We know that Titan RTX card, property of LMG. It's seen many builds. Ironic that it ended up in the total tally.
Lmao the CPU itself costs almost double if my current PC

I’m surprised this comment isn’t higher up. Did them dirty 😂😂😂
imagine spending $34000 on a pc and it still looks like a janky ricer with christmal lights for the lighting
And then traded it for a MacBook pro. I would've rather taken the Alienware, Apple is garbage
I'm here after the recent Intel Extreme Upgrade episode.
Love how he was wearing a “stealth” hoodie in the intro.
I wonder what GTA character he stole it from.
If Linus doesn't pin this... No, he must. His marketing-fu is too strong.
Love how this comment almost perfectly coincides with the video going live, almost as though this product placement shout-out was planned
Lttstore.com
What a lttstore.com moment
i like how the display output gpu has more airflow than the main ones
Gonna come back in 20 years when this build is valued at $1000
It'll never happen, the case will hold value and eventually go _up_ in price.
Stick it in a different case and give it 25 years then maybe.
Man, I thought that case had a wooden panel on the bottom and I honestly didn't care the price. I was gonna buy it asap. Til I read this thread and found out I can't really find where to buy it.
This will be a apple smartphone spec in 20 years 😂
Nick Miller That is exactly what everyone else is saying, eventually it will be cheap because everything does
