It depends on your genetics and you might need to eat for some weeks to have fat spread throughout your whole body(my genetics spread most of the fat around abs and to the things). Most of the fat is going there and very little is going to the other places, so it all about genetics 😢

Honestly it's not possible to grow muscles around your wrist.. you could maybe try to gain more fat, but the rest of your body would also gain a lot then. And specially training your forearms is quite unnecessary. Almost all other exercises where you actively grab a bar, will make your forearms grow automatically and proportional to the rest of your body.
