    No. You should be consuming 1g protein per Kg of your body weight.its measured in kilograms...you can actually get health issues if you take more protein than it's consulted to take.♥️

    Bro, stop spreading lies, just eating in a calorie surplus doesn't mean the fat goes everywhere equally. It depends on your genetics and you might need to eat for some weeks to have fat spread throughout your whole body(my genetics spread most of the fat around abs and to the things). Most of the fat is going there and very little is going to the other places, so it all about genetics 😢

      Yes but small wrists make forearms look bigger. Trouble is if your arm genetics aren't great. I.E super long with longer muscle incisions, then you will need to weigh a lot more for them to look good.
      Which will be hard to do as naturally everywhere else is gonna get bigger too.

    I've done this constantly for about 2 months and my wrists have barely gotten bigger BUT my wrists are extremely strong and though there skinny I have more protection now my bones are stronger.
    Edit: Man my wrists have gotten bigger as well, I highly recommend this, 3 months will get you satisfaction 🔥🔥

      No. If you are eating in caloric surplus the fat is distributed all over the body not just face and belly but the fat will be very less compared to muscles if you are doing a clean bulk

      Also, calculate your maintenance calories (the amount of calories to maintain weight) and then eat ~300 cal than that to gain weight or less to lose weight.

    Honestly it's not possible to grow muscles around your wrist.. you could maybe try to gain more fat, but the rest of your body would also gain a lot then.
    And specially training your forearms is quite unnecessary. Almost all other exercises where you actively grab a bar, will make your forearms grow automatically and proportional to the rest of your body.
    Anyway appreciate the video :) Just some explanation for people to understand it correctly.
