A crankbait rite now🔥🔥🔥
Im either really big or really small. Throwing large swimbaits and an a-rig on ledges, then bouncing a ned on flats. Both are getting me hooked up. Going from fishing GR to highland reservoirs has me going nuts tho trying to figure these fish out, lol. Not a blade of grass within 100 miles here.
Bet my lures are a bit different then your for pike walleye and trout lol

Tomorrow I'm going rapids fishing for steelhead, so I'll be throwing in line spinners or berkley glitter eggs

Ive been smashing them one the jerkbait yozuri and reaction strike like yoh said and the ned bait what a start to the years for me them smallie have been active in my region
you aren’t kidding about the rivers turning into chocolate milk. our boxes have white/chartreuse and black buzzbaits and spinners.
Radical video, which of these lures would you recommend if you had to choose just one? Essentially, what is the most universal lure in this box?
Jerkbait, jerkbait, jerkbait man. Nothing works better all around the country than a suspending jerkbait right now. Get some small, shallow and deep and you have the whole water column covered.

Don’t know if you’ve tried these yet, but bandit Squarebills specifically the 100 model works excellent in the rivers for me. Maybe you should give it a try.

Burly ill be throwing alot of different baits from soft plastics to lipless to crankbaits to soft paddle tails to frogs and toads to top water all kinds lol

i fish all near richmond, VA and i visit the grandparents in south indiana. In Va I throw a blue and black june bug bladed jig with a june bug twirly tail 7.5 inch worm as a trailer(i cut down to abt 5.5 inches) then in indiana i throw a platinum white jig with a normal white craw trailer. va= 2-3 fish and hour/indiana=4-5 fish and hour
I don't know. But if I'm packing one box to catch bass - anywhere at anytime - I'm going to include a wacky rig.
Any chance you tried or tested the lunker city “Hellgie” for the Ned. Looks like it may have some crazy action.

Night crawlers were getting hit caught 1lb drum. And yeah no fight or anything like a drum not fighting was crazy. then remembered they are slow right now. Lake Fork water temp was 55°-60°

I noticed that you have many baits tied to straight braid, do you fish everything on braid?
A lot straight braid when water is dirty. Flouro leader in stained and clear water

That little white jerk bait you didn’t know is for a monsterbass box but does yours sink? I tried throwing mine and it sank not even slowly like a rock so I never bothered using it
