Solid Video Mate. Do share a followup on what happens after full-on modding, like changing the stock swtiches, Stabs and keycaps! I guess modding this one would do charm. Just a heads up that , try to use PBT keycaps while upgrading as the ABS ones create connection interference in wireless mode.
Means a lot coming from you bhai! Will surely let you guys know. The stabs sound pretty decent after modding honestly. Thanks for the heads up on the keycaps, will definitely keep that in mind!

Thank you for the video. Its been a couple of weeks with my new RK84 & I'm over the moon with this keyboard. I have no problems connecting wifi. Only problem that annoying me is the switches are too light mistyping by just resting finger tips on keys, esp. space bar. I ordered some Spirt 65g springs (shld hav just ordered frm Ali,) for the switches. The sound doesn't bother me but I will be fixing any loose rockers. Ordered some inexpensive Grey, Black Oem pudding keycaps frm my friend AliExpress to play with🤣

I read a review online that someone updated the firmware but had issues with the keyboard (basically it bricked it but after he managed to fix the issue with contact suppor) should I update it or not?

Got an RK84 today, and it will not work via wired mode at all. I tried 3 different cables and 2 different PCs. It lights up and charges the battery but will not register any keypresses

I haven’t really used it only on battery actually 😅 from what I’ve heard it lasts around 2 days under heavy usage. The bluetooth and 2.4ghz don’t really have a noticeable delay but there is the range issue with the 2.4ghz dongle. If you’re gaming I’d recommend using it wired tho
Thank you! Yes you are supposed to get one in the box but my unit did not have it. Probably a mistake from their part as me and my friend got 2 boards together and his one had the switch puller included.
This was my first time doing them aswell, pretty easy! You might get confused doing the stabilizers but once you understand the basic structure of the stabilizer itself it gets really easy

Hello. Is the white backlight "pure white" or does it have any tint (like bluish or pinkish)? And is the backlight bright enough? I can see the backlight clearly in your video, but not sure about actual environment. I'm deciding whether to get this keyboard or other models.
The white backlit us pretty accurate in my opinion and also pretty bright, if you’re in a decently lit room you still would see the light. If you get it at a decent price you could go for it.

I had to return this. The bluetooth and dongle are very bad (keycap strokes are missed some times). I am using my dell keyboard right now but its extremely nasty. I ordered a membrane keyboard as opposed to a mechanical keyboard.

What thickness would you recommend for the foam anyways?
Well the foam i used was probably around 3mm and it fit pretty well, you could use something like that or stack up layers if it’s too thin

You won’t be able to use the usb hubs while in wireless or bluetooth mode, you have to connect to wire to access the usb pass throughs, hope it helped

Yes, as far as i know you can’t use the software while in Bluetooth or 2.4ghz mode. But I haven’t tried doing it
