This is for all girlies that are wondering if HRT is worth it - I have been thru 10 month long HRT treatment since it was recommended by my gyno and it was an absolute WASTE OF TIME 💁🏼♀️ I was bleeding regularly while taking meds but as soon as I stopped I was back at the starting point. Then I found this chanel and started my recovery journey (it was mainly about food and dropping working out daily). I got my first recovery period after 3 months and I couldn’t be more grateful 😊🎉🌸 I was dealing with ED for about 13 years and Dani is the first person that has ever really spoke to me ❤ Trust in your journeys girls, we all deserve healthy bodies and we will recover! ❤️✨
@@rafifushiguro Hi 😊I did a couple of things that I believe were crucial: stopped eating bread substitutions and started eating normal bread, I started adding full fat peanut butter and nuts to my oatmeal (+ grains - pumpkin seeds, sunflower, sesame or flax seed), I kept my soja milk but switched it to high protein, sweetened version, I introduced more carbs (pasta, rice, pastries), eggs and sausages. I also stopped vomiting after food, that was a big one I guess 😅 and I stopped running and going to HIIT classes completely - I only kept easy pilates x2 a week and daily stretches and walks with my dog. My period came after 3 months but after 2 I started seeing signs of hormonal activity 😊Comparing to last year I weigh more now and I am one size bigger but it is totally worth it and trust me - nobody cares as much we do... Having supporting people, manifestations and also journaling helped me to get thru the tough moments. If it happened to me (and I was a pretty hopeless case mentally) then it can happen to you as well ❤🧡💛 Good luck and in case you need more support let me know! 🌟
Hello, I was wondering if my calorie restriction was only for about 5 months but it was really severe for a little more than 1 month, does this mean my recovery will be a bit faster and my body will adapt quicker?
In theory, yeah, actually. That said I have seen people with HA for 20 years recover faster than people with it for less than one year. So many factors.
Hi dani, so i am 15 and i had gotten my first recovery period, but now my cycle is already 45 days long and no period in sight. Maybe i am eating abit less, since i dont have much of an appetite, but i am excercising less too (almost nothing, just short walks) So should i be worried, or is it more normal for my cycles to be longer since i am still young?
Hey Dani - love this, thank you so much 😁 Quick question on the herbs, when you get a minute, please... I used to drink green tea but I stopped since it has caffeine. I then tried Rooibos tea but learnt that it contains properties that mimic oestrogen, so I avoid that too now (not sure if it's necessary but better safe than sorry here) 😆I'm wondering if there are any herbal teas that could actually benefit HA recovery / keep recovered periods coming? (PS. I've had a few recovery bleeds). Thank you so much!!
