Good god I miss Lagoonlines FSSE. When that wasnt available for FSX I cried. It was so simple to use, you could make anything you wanted and place it on the fly. I miss it like I miss my dog that died.

But after dolphins and stuff i don't even understand, i assume i am not the group of people this video is made for.
Nice to see the Carenado C208 EX on this list, I've been flying that lately. Some of my favorite addons are: Active Sky 2016, FSPassengers, Pro ATC/X, and FSEconomy.
Are there any addons on this site that feature FULLY CONTROLLABLE panels for commercial jets in MS FSX 10? i.e. All buttons functional on the main, side, and overhead panels? Please advise. Thank you
Theres a lot but they range from free to fraking expensive. This Global Express and F86 are good example from the free side. though the global express is lacking in the visual department. www.rikoooo.com/downloads/viewdownload/16/468 www.rikoooo.com/downloads/viewdownload/62/279 This 757 is also really good, and free www.justflight.com/product/757-jetliner-freemium If you want to spend money you can look into PMDG Aerosoft and Justflight. there are other to.
@@Desparoto That did the trick. If you can think of any other "Free" links for fully functional Cock Pits.... please dont hesitate to let me know!!! Thank you!!!
Actually the A2A Connie with captain of the ship is another really great aircraft, it's another must have for who likes proppeler planes with a shot of realism =D
I'm not surprised that I have none of these. Well that's not true, I do have Plan G. It is the only add-on that routinely crashes my computer. I no longer use it. As for Ground Services X, as a GA only pilot, do I really need this?
Would you kindly explain in brief what on earth this is: 'PETE DOWSON - FSUIPC4' ? Every time I turn around an app or add-on is telling me that this must already be on your computer. It was as a "Module" in the FXS main folder, but it also said that it had "limited functionality". And while running FSX-X my screen kept screwing up, flashing freezing and all that. Thanks' for your great services being a great pilot and your interest in teaching FSX, P3D, and x-p enthusiasts how to be great at what we love and strive to become one day. I first became interested in planes and flight when I was just a boy in grade school. About 9 years old. I build almost every U.S. military aircraft model available back then; 'Revel' Models were and still are the best by far. I had it all; the entire 'Strategic Air Command' and all that stuff. Thank's once again, CountryFlyboy. I've been working the sim for over 5 years, and I still haven't been able to land. Not even close to the airport's runways. I'll never give up though. I'm flying safely and accurately all over the planet now using only the Garmin and the PFD. Taking off pretty good now too. All the YT video "Tutorials" don't quite get it done because they're going too fast, skipping and assuming. Your's included. I live in Cincinnati, OH right smack on the Ohio River. Just across the river and up about 1,000 (989) - who's counting - ft. on the Kentucky side is a hill that forms the valley forming what everyone is so familiar with today, and hears so often in weather reporting is 'The Ohio River Valley' is KCVG, soon to become the next Amazon.com 's Mega Hub. All 4, 000, 000 sq. ft. of it. Amazon obviously kicked-some-ass with New York city's planning department the other day. Gave them all the-finger, packed up and headed towards Virginia.
Its called Airline manager 2. Your really the COO in it. Setting up routes, buying ads, really managing the airline. you dont get to fly the routes your an executive not the pilot
In your number one mention, what is the point system you speak of? It cost in real life money to fly to these airports and fill up your plane with fuel?
basically AES had a points based system where you spend real money to buy points and then spent those point to buy the AES functionality at various airports. this was after spending real world money to buy the airport. So the way it went was you would spend real money to buy the airport scenery and install it. then you had to spend real money again to add the AES features to that airport. it was a total sham especially considering default airports had working jetways. so essentially you were paying twice to get something a default does for free.
I would say that Steve may be a friend of the developers re; the DX10 Scenery Fixer so this guy can get people looking in his direction..... just good business skills there I think.
Great video. I downloaded GA traffic and was wondering do you have to have it running in background or will it automatically when you start your sim. I have fsx steam and cant seem to get it to work. I am also flying in Afganistan so dont know if it will work over there. Thanks.
It makes a BGL file for you, This video shows how I set my AI traffic up. I go into how it works in it somewhere. ua-cam.com/video/KP2QJqnzpxM/v-deo.html
I watched the video got it downloaded set up the planes how i wanted and I generated the flightplan and yes it does take a while. My question is i am only using the default and the few planes that i have purchesed for the AI. So i have not made and new folders like you did. I have placed the zzz at the default AI and of course i dont get any AI.. So I put the bgl back and restart and I get like one AI.. For some reason I dont think it is reading the flightplan from ga traffic. You are the only video I can find out about it. So sorry to bother you.
try setting it up as i did in the addon scenery folder. That may force a rebuild. try regenerating a new GATraffic BGL. Also remember location and time of day do matter so its possible there where just no AI around at the time.
It does surprise me very much to watch in this video the dolphins jumping and all.... I installed Wildlife+ and the only yhinng I can see is the birds.... so my question is: how the heck can I see dolphins and other terrestrial animals?
Thought I'd try that FsEconomy. I created the account, and installed the client. That went fine. For starters, I attempted to re-install FSUIPC, That got blocked by Norton AV or Windows 10. The FsE client won't let me login either, keeps telling me my password is invalid. So I give up with that LOL.
I dont really consider those scenery addons, at least not Orbx Global, Open LC, or Vector. Orbx Global anyway is Landclass and REX is texture replacements. By scenery addon i mean things like individual airports or areas.
Thanks for making this video, great list and a few on here that I have never consider (can you say GA Traffic). Recognizing that that this debate can go on forever I would say you missed out on 2 that deserve to be on the list....Activesky & FSUIPC Registered. Honourable mention EZDok.
Still Using LittleNavMaps for Flight Planning, Mapping and Seeing other AI or MP Aircraft. Would recommend it for Many people! FSX is STILL My Favorite!!!!
Manfred jahn c-47 and connie!!! The c-47 is best payware quality, freeware, the connie is not the best but good for freeware And the a320, it looks good, but there is project airbus a320 family for example on rikoooo, also nice and freeware
No weather engines? How about HiFi ASN/AS2016...the latter is a game changer. No virtual Copilots...what about MCE/FS2Crew? No LevelD 767? That was a game changer when it was first released.
weather engines. theres so meany and at their core they all do the same things. Hardly any of them are game changers. virtual co-pilots often end up being a hassle and again dont really do anything to amazing either. and the Level-D 767 was for FS9, ported to FSX. and honestly i think the CS767 is better in comparison.
Long live FSX! Still a favorite!

IDK anymore. That software is old. Simbrief does the same thing but much better. And its free.

Hi there CountryFlyboy.
Love your work..... can you tell me the better programs that have come out since FS Build please?

Links to everything are in the description. Everything except AI Ships, you much search for it yourself. sorry.
Just search for Global AI Ship Traffic on Avsim or the creator KL791
I have AI Ships but not have Airplanes Traffic for Indonesian

Just curious, what is the facebook airline manager game that blows the manager addons from fsx?
Its called Airline manager 2. Your really the COO in it. Setting up routes, buying ads, really managing the airline. you dont get to fly the routes your an executive not the pilot
CountryFlyboy started playing to take a look and its indeed better in the manager aspect.
cool. I guess you could make you own airline and route and then pretend to fly for it in FS. theres no real connection though.
In your number one mention, what is the point system you speak of? It cost in real life money to fly to these airports and fill up your plane with fuel?

Great video :) Is GSX still as useful for General aviation aircraft?
Yep. I use it all the time. Its not perfect with GA because its clearly made with airlines in mind. but works good with any plan. even GA and Military
CountryFlyboy ok, thanks again for a great video.
On the fight planner you selected KJAX as your departure point. Do u live in Jax ? I used to.
No but i dont live far from JAX.
