My most premium keyboard yet! Built for a good friend [KBDFans TET + Holy Panda + GMK Red Samurai]

Nice keyboards with numpads are surprisingly hard to find, especially for ones readily available in stock, is a big takeaway as I tried to design a keyboard for ‪@HiiragiYuuCh‬ over the past few months.
We settled on the TET since it's fully aluminum, weighty, and has a gorgeous PVD laser weight that reminds me of their brooch. The side profile is classy yet makes a statement.
For switches, I used the Holy Pandas not only for their heavy tactility, but also their historical significance in the keyboard hobby. As an aside, all these years on, they're still really nice! I lubed and filmed them to reduce stem wobble, increase smoothness, and add a little more of a muted tone. I used a Sarokeys BCP in the space bar to give it a bit more liveliness. Somehow, the linear spacebar in a heavy tactile works pretty well!
The keycaps used here are the GMK Red Samurai, another classic in this hobby. The color schemes fit well, and this entire build would feel remiss without a set of nice GMK keycaps.
I started with some plate foam and Noico rubber in the case, but found myself enjoying the brighter sound signature without those two. The sheer tactility of the Holy Pandas makes for a bouncy typing experience on PC plate - to the point where my left pink resting on the left shift can feel the vibrations across the board! Tape modding it helped a little, but I wonder if FR4 would have the same effect?
Overall, while heavy tactiles on a PC plate with ABS keycaps isn't something I would personally have as a daily driver, I feel like we really designed a board that represents my friend on a design, need, and conceptual level.
