Built on over five acres of lush tropical landscape above Pupukea, the solar-powered Sullivan Estate features panoramic views from Kaena Point to the famous Banzai Pipeline Beach. The estate was built in 1962 by Maurice J. “Sully” Sullivan, founder of the Foodland supermarket chain. Celebrities that have vacationed here include Elvis Presley, Bono, Owen Wilson, and Lionel Ritchie.
