得寸進尺最正確是Give him an inch and he will take a yard (or mile). Push one's luck 意思應是一搏再搏，與得寸進尺不很貼切。得寸進尺亦有咄咄迫人之意，英文係Pushy。

你將fake 讀錯了 ， 原本 母音ei 你讀成另一母音為i，另hypocritical 中第2個音節 你也可多留意其正確讀音，這母音應是弱音ə 你讀成 另一母音əʊ，pə 錯讀為 pəʊ所以希望你留意吓這兩個字正確發音。thanks
最好跟同义和反义同时解说，这样可以同时记住二种方式和多个单词。
“记仇”需要用在形容词性的语境下，我喜欢用的词是vindicative，可以形容一个人，也可以形容一个国家或民族，要注意这个词偏贬义，带主观批判

比如, 某人手头只有一台高端计算机, 恰逢要处理一些简单数据, 就用它来处理了, 虽是 "overkill", 但绝对不是 "多此一举"。
其他谬误不一一列举了。
