There are a few other free camping sites in Chitake, Zambezi Valley. Only about 3 sites, but right near a spring, so lots of game.

Beautiful yes, but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. In my opinion, nothing compares to the beauty of parts of Australia.

Wondering what you found out on the leaking water tank? After a couple of mouse incidents, I always bring a mouse trap or two. They sure can make a mess of things.
Mana Pools is lovely, so is Zim and those dedicated to saving the wild life
Poor old Salad though, got a bit friendly, took a locals food and was shot by the rangers, only to be wounded, then shot and killed 3 days later!

Another beautiful video Andrew. I know you have done previous videos on "proper" 4x4 vehicles suitable for overlanding. I would appreciate a future video on your thoughts on alternative 4x4 vehicles that while not in a class of a proper Land Cruiser, would be a capable and safe platform for the slightly less adventurous. For example I've found 4x4 MB Sprinter camper vans for rent by a company called "Maui" that are advertised for safari overlanding in South Africa. Would you consider the 4x4 Sprinter camper van a capable vehicle for overland travel in Africa provided it was not overloaded and had the proper modifications? Thanks!
