Scott Ritter is a former Marine intelligence officer who served in the former Soviet Union, implementing arms control agreements, and on the staff of General Norman Schwartzkopf during the Gulf War, where he played a critical role in the hunt for Iraqi SCUD missiles. From 1991 until 1998, Mr. Ritter served as a Chief Inspector for the United Nations in Iraq, leading the search for Iraq’s proscribed weapons of mass destruction. Mr. Ritter was a vocal critic of the American decision to go to war with Iraq. His new book, Disarmament in the Time of Perestroika: Arms Control and the End of the Soviet Union, is his ninth.

This statement by Scott is easily the most intellectual and insightful overview of the situation. Yep. I remember late 2022, when Ukrainians were actually counterattacking and he correctly analyzed that these were merely temporary setbacks for the Russians. Then he correctly assessed the greatest counteroffensive as failed on the second day. Based on his track record, his opinion is probably smarter and more based on reality than everything that comes out of the Pentagon.
This is one of the most spot on interviews I have seen in a long while. Scott nails down the truth with facts.

Chuck Schumer to Trump: "If you keep messing with FBI, CIA, and NSA, terrible things will happen to you".
They also said… “We have every which way and Sunday to get you”.
Schumer is bought and owned by AIPAC, etc.
He threatened the Supreme Court after the Rowe v Wade reversal.
I think maybe he heard half of the message at least, considering he has only one ear now.

Mr Ritter enjoys my respect and admiration on geopolitical matters. I would respectfully suggest he avoids spewing this nonsense about Trump who is an embarrassment and a common thug. The mail-in system was open for all to use. Trump deterred Republicans from using it and consequently lost the elections. That's all there is to it. Prominent Republican senators and congressmen conceded that they lost the elections. Only Trump and his Maga sickos keep bitching that it was stolen.

I don’t agree with Ritter on many things, but with this I agree 100 percent.
Trump should have picked Vivek or Tulsi Gabbard as VP. Had he picked Tulsi Gabbard, then if he were impeach or such. Then Tulsi Gabbard would than as a Republican become the first woman President of the United States of America. The Democrats could never have that. So they would then be hesitant to remove Trump from office because of this checkmate.
