You said ” don’t over think it”. It’s such a valid point. This might sound crazy but I’ve been stuck in my tracks at times from over thinking some things. Something is better than nothing.
I have over thought a lot of decision when building my equipment. After it was all done, most of it did not matter LOL. A little common sense & the plan will come together. Thanks
Thanks for sharing. How do you do about rinsing the chemical value when it's below your check value? Maybe I'm missing something with the remote rinse? The soap value you have above the check value so can see that water could be rinsed into the soap value and stops at the check value.
Get the cheese baby. I’m serious about coming over your way McGuyver.. thanks for all you do bro. My downstream remote still going strong after a year.
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338sorry I guess what I'm asking is, how many GPM does that run? did you get a AR45 and I'm only wondering if you can get me in contact with whoever you got your system and manifold from or I could learn some simple stuff from you
Happy New year, borther! Thank you for sharing. Can I ask you where to get the part attached to the 3 way? Thanks in advance. I am tryinf to build my own. Selenoid, I already have it
Still running the 1/2" check valve instead of a 1" check valve? Building my AR currently. Needed to get these parts for the proportioner next. Thanks for the previous video outlining the parts.
I see youre using the same brand of remote on your downstream injector setup , does the remote from one system interfere with the other system? Like if I hit on , on one remote, does it turn on both units? kinda confused how that works , thanks g
DC, I have never has an issue with interference. But my remote box for down streaming has a power switch and stay in the off position until I need it. Thanks
You think it’s fine to go with the regular 1” ball valve for this instead of matching the 1” metering valve. I know on 12v manifolds some people say to use the metering valve on the water so it’s consistent. You think that’s the same with gas roof pump or has it been a non-issue for you? Thanks for all your help
I think a 1" metering valve on the water would allow you to dial it in more accurately because you know it is equal. I am think ing about changing mine for testing purposes. Thanks
The main parts is the manifold & metering valves. The barb fittings & hose are simple to get. There are a few companies online that build the manifolds. Hope this helps. thanks
Awesome video!!! Question: are all the ports on the manifold 1”? Or is the Bypass one size, Water/Chem ports different size, Soap 1&2 ports different size and the pump port different as well? Thanks for the clarification
I just got an AR45. I heard that they aren’t designed to run off a proportion with a looping bypass. They are saying that the pressure builds up in that bypass line and it’s got nowhere to go amd heats up the manifold. What is your experience?
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 I suppose if you treat it like a pressure washer and don’t leave the gun closed for too long should be ok. When you crank it up just blow and go and don’t stop!!!

When I switch it to H2O, it rinses the SH metering valve. I have since put a manual 3-way to be able to rinse the electric valve as well. Thanks
