I know this is an old video but I’m now just getting into the build. My question is.. The new valve come with green and red wires. Do you just use the green as the black?
I got this one from Russ at south side equipment in Louisville KY. But you can get them from anyone. Panhandle power wash supply, pressure wash products, pressure Tek. The gun will run about $40-50 with the fittings.

Have you checked to see if you have power to your on/off switch (is it lighting up)? Do you have a tester to see if there is power coming to the Module
@@KentuckyWashPros yes I'm getting power on to the on and off switch and the ball valve also getting power to the led light. I can't get the remote work I'm not getting the green light on the Receiver
Why did you go with 1/4 inch did it work well. Why not 1/2 in for more flow. When using 1/4 inch to your downstream injector would it not lower the % even more before getting to the downstream injector lower your out flow %.

Only question i have is do you take the lil ball out of your downstreamer at the tee or leave it in
If you do, Water will flow into your sh tank when off the trigger

What was the lifespan on the ball valve? Currently have the same one but worried it will go quick.
Depends on usage and how faithful you are with rinsing them out

Does the same wiring configuration apply to a 3 way ball valve??
No they wire up differently.

So I'm guessing there's no way to bypass the injector to get full flow when rinsing

Downstream injectors have 1/4 barbs, that’s why I went this route. Using a 1/2 hose would have not changed anything.

I build and sell them for $299 or you can do it your self for around $100-150 depending on how fancy you want it
