I currently own a 2016 SEL 3.5L I know it’s not the sho package but I’ve taken a lot of inspiration from your videos, and I’m now currently trying to build my car into a sleeper. Keep up the awesome videos!!
@@jayjames252 all fenders were cut to remove almost 1.5” of metal. My goal was to go with an aggressively wide stance. My fender flares are 2.9” wide. To be able to air down and look great I’d need to remove metal, just rolling fenders wouldn’t be enough. Wheels/tires/air suspension all working together with fender flares to achieve the result.
@@jayjames252 clinchedflares.com. Mine are universal XL new school fender flares. I cut the front and rear (shortened) to my liking. Stainless steel M5 rivnuts installed. The flares alone are $560 for two pairs +tax+shipping. After install and all trimming I had them paint matched. Good deal for $400. I installed myself all I did was pay for parts and paint cost. Over $1k total and didn’t pay for labor.
I used to have catless downpipes to a custom 2.5 stainless double x pipe, straight to quad tips. It didn’t have any cats, resonator and no mufflers. Open it up as much as possible and let the turbos breathe. However, I’m not sure if the state you live in does emission testing for inspection or if you have to deal with inspections at all. If you do then PPE makes a high flow catted set of downpipes and they’re a little over priced in my opinion.
@@802shoI live in Maine so emissions aren’t an issue but I don’t know if I want to spend the money for the x pipe I’ll look into the PPE exhaust thanks for the advise
It’s not completed yet so I’m unsure of what the power numbers will be it’s built to 1000hp crank figures so I’d like to see it reach the 800 awhp mark, like just barely in a range of 800-810 awhp. And gut it to as close to 3,000 pounds as possible.
Glad to see a new post. Looks like someone has been busy.
You’re gonna blow up really fast when this thing starts beating a lot of cars.
