      I actually listen to it every other day, in order to internalize it. It's easy to visualize what you are saying, so that makes it clear and memorable.
      But most importantly, you hit the core of the matter with a fine and very practical solution.
      Don't let anyone negatively interfere with you, and push you off track.
      Pretty much goes for every situation when dealing with difficult people. From the rude and incosiderate to the downright pyschopaths who will stop at nothing to destroy you just for the sake of it.

      One key factor I didn't mention in this video is that it's equally important not to allow compliments/flattery to change you either. If you allow positive feedback to take you off track, you make it more likely negative feedback would too.
      The goal is to become independent from other people's manipulation, positive or negative

    Did this with an introverted psychopath and he actually chuckled as in that he respected me. He kept on anusing me ofc but still, he couldnt get me to change for the worse.
