I actually listen to it every other day, in order to internalize it. It's easy to visualize what you are saying, so that makes it clear and memorable. But most importantly, you hit the core of the matter with a fine and very practical solution. Don't let anyone negatively interfere with you, and push you off track. Pretty much goes for every situation when dealing with difficult people. From the rude and incosiderate to the downright pyschopaths who will stop at nothing to destroy you just for the sake of it.
