The Badfinger Head First was a really nice surprise. For the first time the improved sound quality really supports the great songs. Likewise, The Beatles 1964 Mono albums were a vast improvement in sound quality over those original Capitol albums.
I have three rock albums in my Top 10 for 2024. More than usual, including my #1 album: (1) The Last Dinner Party "Prelude To Ecstasy". An all-female UK alternative rock group. They have a very theatrical sound/ style. Great live band! (5) The Warning "Keep Me Fed". A power trio of sisters from Monterrey, Mexico. Helping to keep rock alive, with their amazing live performances. (9) Deep Purple "=1". A nice return to form, with a great, new guitarist. Similar to The Rolling Stones in 2023. Their best new album in decades.

Nice reissue album cd reviews Matthew ! So many good albums in 2024 my favorite reissue is John's Mind Games it is a new album in my opinion very well done album by Sean Ono Lennon I've been listening to that alot every song is very good! Love Meat city out-takes take 16 that version should have been the one on the original album! Yes Beatles Capitol mono box set was nice too! Your coming out with lots of good videos on good topics Matthew enjoy your Channel!

I think the Harrison estate dropped the ball by not including the one track Sail away Raymond on the 2 cd deluxe I just think that was just a bad move to get you to buy the super deluxe version. I did not know Redd Kross put out an album, need to check that one out. No surprise on Lemon Twigs, I still have not really checked it out. Everyone has talked about the Jack White album, it’s on my list to check out
Hey,Matt,The mono box set,of course.NEWSFLASH!!!NEWSFLASH!!!This is BIG!!Remember in November me finding that Meet Press Info sticker cover and disc-only 11-12 have ever surfaced,right!???Guess what I found at a pop-up show near Allentown,Pa.,my area,last Sunday.A guy that does the Lancaster,Pa. show usually has every thing but Beatles.Ended up have 3 shrinkersGot all 3 for $75 !!.One for '65 mono,one for Revolver mono,both Scranton's,then he had a Y&T ,LA pressing I don't collect LAs but figured it would be a great trade piece for the Fest(a guy from UK could trade some USers for Parlis I still need back.Look at it finally today,closeup better.I got shocked!!Slick was up at the T-2553 number...saw the midsection,right, "v"....you guessed it!!!Paste over!!!!!!!I incredible!!Going into the collection,now,of course..Unreal,huh?!???

I'd love to get the Badfinger Head First which is the only Badfinger album I don't own, but it appears to be sold out everywhere unless you want to pay over $50. If anyone has a suggestion for how to find this album I'd love to hear it.
