    It looks good looking forward to the finished project , just a question when your laying bottom layer at the start if the bottom of the wall is recessed about half inch in going up about 4 inches high from the rest of the wall would you just put on extra mortar to bridge the gap,, if that makes sense, ✌

      @TheChristianHardscaper  Рік тому

      Thanks! And yes, if it is set back only a half inch, you certainly can just make up the difference with extra mortar ✌🏻

    Hi! I have a question about your application. I see you’re wetting the cement. Should it be wet when applying the stone?

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  3 місяці тому

      Hello! Wetting the surface is a great thing to do. It cleans any dust off and helps the mortar bond better

    How do you do the inside and outside corners?

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  6 місяців тому

      Inside corners are done with the flat panels. And the outside corners are special pieces that you can purchase

    Kyle trying to price out a job using this material do you remember what square footage the flats were and do you happen to know what corners cost thank you sir

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  5 місяців тому +1

      Hey brother, the flats are about $20.00 per sq ft and the corners are about $30 per linear ft. and the corners are about .75 linear ft per unit. You can also get half pieces for about $22.00 per sq ft. ✌

    Should I apply parging to my masonry block foundation before applying the stone veneer? Or just put the veneer right over top of the block?

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  Рік тому +1

      That would do nothing but help but I don't believe is necessary for applications less than 4' tall. Just be sure to use a nice tile / stone veneer fiber enforced mortar when you apply it. ✌

    Bro, no need to water proof the concrete? Thanks

    • @TheChristianHardscaper
      @TheChristianHardscaper  11 місяців тому

      Not in this application, no risk of water issues really, the grade and slope of the pavers will keep the water away. ✌
