Honestly, the more I watch 1st Ammendment auditors over many channels, the more I see small town America as being largely socially integrated, not legally integrated. The supreme court recently made a ruling saying that exact thing about law enforcement. They literally said they can't be expected to know them and can't be held accountable.

Im also from the area. Even beating the attorney in a courtroom (which is highly unlikely since shawn goes to court prose and judges hate that), the best way to defeat her is the court of public opinion. Facebook, Ticktock, instagram and whatever it takes to get people talking about it will bother her more. A group audit wouldnt hurt either, except everyone just hunkers down and doesnt show their faces.

Though Mr. Reyes actions were unusual and possibly annoying, they appeared to be conducted in a courteous fashion and within the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and the Laws and Constitution of the State of West Virginia.
My concern is as follows. The protection against Tyranny of our Governmental Authorities who are endowed with the authorities delegated from their fellow citizens, is not enough: there needs protection also against the tendency of our Elected and Appointed Public Authorities, by means other than that of the Rules of Law, their own ideas and practices as Rules of Conduct on those who dissent from theirs, to filter the development, and if possible and prevent the formation of any individuality not in harmony with its ways, and to compel all characters to fashion themselves upon the model of its own.
The conduct and actions observed of Law Enforcement including the Sheriff, Deputies, Security Staff, and Public Officials and/or employees of Greenbrier County as seen in the video was an embarrassment as to what should be expected from our Publicly Entrusted Entities.
Additionally to the County Clerk, Sheriff, and one Commissioner:

1. Was there a Law, Statute, Ordinance, or Policy forbidding Photography / Video and/or Audio Recording of any kind within any Publicly Acessable Areas of Greenbrier County, West Virginia prior to Mr. Reyes' First Amendment Audit?

Even beating the attorney in a courtroom (which is highly unlikely since shawn goes to court prose and judges hate that), the best way to defeat her is the court of public opinion. This one pissed me off pretty good. The ignorance of these law enforcement officers and these government officials is just unbelievable! How do you not know simple law? And now we see the comments that she was the attorney! That's not going to look good for her. Intimidation tactics forceful use of power it's just sad to see over and over again but I'm glad you continue to expose these tyrants.

I am dumbfounded as to the level of ignorance of the basics of public rights displayed by those employed to serve the public. Even Walmart has better training and better service than these fancy dress wearers.
