    On my moms bro I used to rep out 10 and I was sore for 4 days I lowered my reps to 5 it feels way better

    Is there a better protein source that gets digested faster than other meat? Obviously the percentage of fat of meats is a huge factor but I’m talk chicken over turkey? ground beef vs fish etc.

    I lowered my volume because as you said recovery is important and I was always feeling run down in the gym , couldn't get stronger. Only a week later after basically cutting volume in half and I feel way more refreshed and stronger, squat reps are going up WAY faster. 295 felt like 275 just because my body was actually able to recover. If you feel run down and can't get stronger I highly recommend you try lowering volume and see what happens.

    You know what’s crazy I was watching yours and David’s videos in high school and thats been 4 years ago now. I played football and I always stuck with y’all’s advice and I got huge. I’ve been out of the gym for a year now though due to a herniated disc from a 540 pound squat could you make a video on lifters returning to the grind?

    hey curious about the over training aspect. how many sets do you think are a good idea per week? ive been lifting for about 3 years. should i still stick to that 25-30 sets a week mark? what do you think is overkill?

    Basic steps to gains but honestly I'd b surprised how many people bitch and complain about lack of gains and they have a shit sleep schedule I was one of those guys for years but I've reigned that in now I have zero problems adding size

    Hey Dylan, can I make a suggestion? I've been watching you for a long time and I'm a big fan but one thing that's bugged me especially with your editing is all the cuts. Can I suggest, and I don't mean this at all negatively, do multiple takes of lines, and if you notice yourself screw up like note it and then redo the whole sentence at least. You cut a lot mid-sentence and it makes things feel really robotic and over-edited. Just my $0.02 CAD. Love the video and all great MUST DO's.

    Great video! The principles you talk about can also be applied in other stuff in life as well. For example, progressive overload could also be called babystepping, cause every time you do a little bit more.
