The difference I find more interesting between these two, aside from the different voices and Roach using the ranger arms in the alpha, is the model of the tf 141 soldier Midnight. I find it really cool that it's basically Ghost but with a different head. Wasn't it used for a trailer or something, or am I miss remembering?🤔
I play the remastered version and at the beginning of the mission I always kill Rojas. I kill him because it was an act of mercy, he was brutally tortured by the 141 and so he’d be in great pain.
I like how the alpha version uses music from Black Hawk Down, also composed by Hans Zimmer

Majority of player doesn't even acknowledge rojas existence due to the rojas clothes that mixed well to the wall
