My new live rig! with no amps - just pedals. Something I've wanted to do for a while is put together a simple live rig I can use without the need to carry any heavy, bulky & space filling guitar amps.
Some of the venues I play in my band can be small & sometimes we'll struggle to fit an entire live band on the stage (if there is one) & also having a huge live amp rig can just be too much for my personal needs.
So I've put together a simple rig with just a few amp simulator pedals which have effects built in, pretty much everything I need to play a gig.
I've got a Boss TU3 Tuner pedal
Sonicake - Volwah - Wah/Volume pedal
Sonicake - Rockstage - Rock amp/Chorus/Delay/Reverb
Tech 21 - Flyrig 5 - Sansamp, Plexi, Delay
Sonicake - Twiggy blues - Blues amp, compressor, Slapback delay & reverb
All in all i'm happy with how this little rig sounds. I love the sound of my amp but the practicality of this rig is what I'm most excited about.

Your setup sounds better than I expected. Not very harsh or tinnitus inducing sharp
If someone can replicate the super reverb fender sound with that huge headroom and heavenly reverb, that will be the day huge amps are no longer needed.

Been trying to talk the guitar player and drummer in our 3 piece to go full PA, no amps on stage.
Bass and guitar fly rigs, 2 vocal mics and a couple of drum mics straight into mixer and PA… idea seems too good to be true…
Very cool man!, the only problem I see with this is the tap dancing between cleans, rhythms and leads. Adding a switching looper system would be great to store predefined cleans and drives. Also a DI for xlr straight to PA mixer at the end of the chain would be even better.

Awesome sound dude! I mainly use the nolly Dsp plugin when I’m messing around but also made a pedal board I could take anywhere with me and still get an awesome sound! I use a robin noisegate, horizon devices precision drive, Revv G3, and the mooer radar cab sim pedal!
The precision drive is one I’d love to get my hands on! Sounds sweet my man 🤟

It does sound great man, pedals have come along way. Paul Gilbert has a similar rig when touring. For me..... it would be with regret that I gig without a high gain valve amp. For cleaner tones and effects, pedals are great but the only sound I ever want is a full Black Album style high gain tone. You could use a keyboard amp to get a decent clean tone lol. Mind you @10:20, a bit more gain on that would be amazing, some incredible playing there. I'd shove a Boss SD-1 or two infront of that and that would be amazing.
I had the gain set quite low on the Rockstage, I agree I should have turned it up more! 🤟

My main camera that I talk into doesn’t even have auto focus! So I have to manually focus it

Yep! Straight into the computer. & at gigs I just go from my pedals straight into the PA.

you mean the mooer preamp? do you think you can go directly to mixer using only that as a preamp+cabsim in a live setting?
How do u get feedback and sweet tone? How does the band hear the guitar. Don't say in ear monitors
