He didn't mention that they took away the twin chrome tailpipes and the spare tire and the turn signals in the side view mirrors and the engine cover. I'd rather have them back, and not get that ugly complicated screen.
Just got a new Ford Edge ST. Love everything about it except the sync 4a 12" touchscreen. It looks great but practical it is not. I hate it. Supposed to keep your eyes on the road but keep on glancing down at the screen to make an adjustment like decrease hvac fan speed or the heated seat or turn off the steering wheel heat. And when you try and touch the screen when you are going over a bump it's a joke! Yeah, I know there are voice commands but not enough of them. The ones that show up on the touch screen are very basic. And then there is the issue with the owner's manual. Ford does not give you an owner's manual anymore. You have to access it thru the touchscreen. So, if you are looking thru the owner's manual you are doing 1 of 2 things - running down your battery or running down your gas.
How do you overlook the best feature the rear end had, the dual exhaust chrome tips? So I guess you pass over the bad design decisions or hope people don’t notice.
