Preventing Homelessness - Speaking with Fran from STARH service

In this video we speak with Fran, Case Manager at the Supporting Those at Risk of Homelessness Service (STARH).
The Supporting Those at Risk of Homelessness (STARH) team will work with you to find and sustain stable housing, build community connections and develop life skills. STARH is a free voluntary, safe and confidential service that is run by Wesley Mission Queensland that can provide case management planning and support to assist families and individuals in the Gold Coast, Logan, Lockyer Valley, Somerset and Ipswich regions.
