My advice as a Malaysian to those thinking of moving here, please integrate into the local populace which is not hard at all since Malaysia is already one of the most multicultural places in the world. The last thing we need is multi-generations of foreigners who live in bubble keeping distance from locals. Pick up some local language, get out and contribute to local community, join the gotong royong with your local neighbors, not only fellow expats a.k.a immigrants. Too many in the immigrant community living only among themselves. If prospective immigrants want the current permissive attitude of locals on immigration to continue, get out of your way and socialize with locals. I’d love to see more muslims from the west to come here, because we know it’s becoming harder for muslims to live over there. Right now the largest groups seeking to make Malaysia their home are the Chinese, Koreans and Japanese (these three groups make up 61%). Help us to help you.
I'm planning to move to Malaysia from the uk with my daughter and she's already started talking about making friends with locals and inviting them over and going to their houses.😂
Just to offer my two cents: 1. Low skilled/labor jobs are mostly taken up by foreign workers from Indonesia/Bangladesh/Myanmar 2. Some Japanese/Korean expats live here because their companies set up business here. They earn their salary + bonus + allowances in Yen/Won with favorable exchange rates against Ringgit. 3. Some Japanese/Koreans wives live here with their children but the husbands stay in Japan/Korea to work. They prefer here because the cost of living is low and their children can study at international school. 4. Salary is quite low in Malaysia. Earning in Ringgit does not give you much purchasing power. 5. You can earn more by doing business but of course it's not straight forward and comes with many challenges. But if you know how to do it and do it right, you can live very comfortably.
You need a UK salary to have a decent life. Malaysia Jobs are UK Outsourced their salary is not great. Saira has a UK company. Use Monzo and Starling no fees and live a comfortable life
You are correct. The reason things are reasonably or.relatively cheaper here is that 80% of the population are earning low. Can't even plan for a holiday in the UK.
Salaam, we are keen to relocate as the MM2H is closed, we are thinking about relocating using tourist visa. Leave after 3 months and come back. Is there a cap on how many times you do that? Keen to stay in Malaysia while we wait for MM2H to open up
@@shametienne8975 Two decades ago, I worked for a media company where the Singaporean boss is married to a local who is his business partner. He had to go back to Singapore every three months. But it's really just in and out. I think a lot of people do that if they want to stay here a bit longer. Just get your tourist visa renewed. Not sure about the cap but I think you can do that indefinitely (?) because a Philippine ex-colleague also did that. She would go across the border every three months to renew her visa and visit her mother who was a domestic worker in Singapore.

As an Arab, I prefer Arab countries especially for the language. I hope the racism and cost of living improve so everyone can feel comfortable. I’m happy Malaysia is more developed in that regard.
😂😂😂. Rich Arabs look down on poor Arab countries. The situation is getting worse rather than better.
Could you please share the agent's contact information please?
Following with great interest! What are the homeschooling options like for children 8-10?
Also does Malaca have a bustling job market compared to KL?

You'll need to hang on to that rental because you will need time to renovate your new house and can't live in it while it's being renovated. Took me 6 months to add my kitchen cabinets in my new bare house in KL.
🤔 umm
Malaysia has been on my list
However , I feel I should go back to my parents’s homeland
No matter where we go we will always be second class citizens of that country unless we are in our own homeland .
I think we should create our own small town in our own home land
Let’s Go home 😢

If you come from an Islamic country then go for it. People have many reasons as to why rheg make Hijra, and the entire world is free …
@@Zazezoo
There is no Islamic country yet
All based on nationalism
But there is one country that initially came into being only to become an Islamic state but unfortunately never came one
😢
Ya Allah forgive the people of that country , they failed to fulfil the promise to almighty God
Ya Allah turn the hearts of its youth towards Islam 😢
Pakistan???
The pure land
The land of the pak
But there are some napak / filthy people which need to become pak or leave the pak land
The people of this land need lot of duas as either their land will become “ land of Islam “, or it will not exist anymore on the map
So we all have to put our share in that land so that it remains in existence and becomes a land of Islam where all true Muslims from all around the world can migrate to

It's weird when Brits uses American euphemisms such as CURVEBALL because that originated from baseball, a distinctly American sport. You should be using cricket terms like GOOGLY.
Someone from an immigration company said.... Staying for 3 months, leaving for a few days and coming back is being tracked and the government is clamping down on that.

there is nothing wrong living in a tent , eating simple food , growing our own fruit and veg , keeping goats and hens and walking or just having a horse ....
wise are people who are buying lands and growing fruit , veg and wheat , keeping goats , hen and buffalo ..as that’s the way to break the net of dajjal
What about settling your UK tax affairs? Please discuss
Seems like an impossible dream for me 😢
may Allah SWT do whats right for you

make a list of reasons why you want to move from where you are at the moment ?
then see where you wont come across same reasons
always ask Allah to give wisdom to make correct decisions
It’s not impossible, but it is important to consider the background of this content creator and her lifestyle. Her budget may be more than many of us watching. May Allah swt make it easy for us too!

World governments won't reduce emissions in time. Our near future is a world without ice. Half the UK will be under water. Malaysia is small and coastal, it will do no better and will suffer unbearable heat waves.
School is very, very expensive .I have three schools going kids.
