Did you drill the plate inside it or the muffler walls near the end of its inside?
Looks like he drilled 4 holes in the very end of the baffles at the end of the exhaust. I just drilled one 1/2-inch hole and one 1/4-inch hole in my baffle plug (located about halfway down the muffler). Sounds great and you can't see the holes.
You ruined it. It was great with the first holes.
