- They don’t build em like that anymore! Massive ancient city Persepolis is definitely worth checking out in Iran! I could even charge my motorcycle and eve was heavily guarded by the security too! I skipped the next big city to go further into the desert! I just don’t like big cities when I’m all by myself I’d rather ride and that what I am here for anyways! Going around the world on my electric motorcycle. Let’s do this!🤙🏼

You are 👌🏻
You showed us Persopolis ! You are my hero. These are things that are normally hidden from us. What a great world we live in - if only we allowed to.
Yeah it blew my mind 🤯
It is because of the mainstream and western media that you do not see Iran and think that it is a war-torn country
Or because of people like Donald Trump who considers us Iranians to be terrorists
Iran looks like an amazing place filled with wonderful people. I would love to go there someday.
I hope you can 🤙🏼
What an awesome experience to see the Persian ruins. Thank you so much Marcus for giving us these vlogs.....onwards...
🤗🤙🏼
In addition to that its fun to follow your jurney, I learn so much about Iran, in a positive way, that I didn`t know! You`re proving that people are people everywhere, no matter. Thank you! :)
True 🤗
Every episode is epic, thank you very much.
Thank you for watching 🤗
Friendly people, shame the world can't get on better together instead of hurting each other 😶
True
Hey mark just wanted to inform you that the islands in the south near bandar abbas are absolutely stunning and if you have time you can go there and don’t worry about eve you can put her in a parking in either bandar abbas or qeshm (because there’s a ferry)and visit the islands in a day and get back to the mainland
Hi Marc, Shiraz is not “ just another city “. Shiraz is the city of wine, flower and poetry. The centre of once the biggest civilisations on earth. You really haven’t seen Iran if you haven’t seen Shiraz. It’s only Athens that can stand next to Shiraz when it comes to history. I would suggest to turn around and visit Shiraz. It’s once in a lifetime
I feel you there Marc. I love the solitude. Shiraz will still be there to visit another time. Enjoy your ride, great videos👌
Yeah next time 🤙🏼
Oh Mark, how I envy you that you have the time and money to travel like this, I wish you good luck 👍👍👍👍
I couldn’t do it without making these videos every day! Maybe if you sell everything you own like me, you can do it too🙌🏼 thanks for tuning in 🤙🏼
wow, seeing Shiraz after more than 15 years was great! hope i can meet this wonderful city again :) Thanks for the vidoes!
Thanks for watching 🤙🏼
but Marc didn't go to Shiraz ... Persepolis is near Marvdasht. Shiraz has many many more historical things and I think Marc need more than 1 Episode to show them all xD
Marcus, I hope you have a good time while you are in my homeland, Iran, and that you will always remember Iran well.🇮🇷♥️🇩🇪
I‘m sure I will
Your journey through Iran is amazing Marcus! You have provided some rare views of this beautiful and unique country. Nice people also who seem to be curious about your travels.😀😀
Thank you for the fantastic impressions of Iran, you provide us. What i noticed, when you drove thru the small streets of the villages and anyway, there is no trash on the streets, no empty plastic bottles, paper, nothing. Remarkable.
Why does that surprise you?
I worked for an airline and travelled a lot around the world, but have never been in Iran and i never saw such a clean country and environment. The people of Iran must be very conscious and take care about the area where they live. Respect.@@Hardy_H_H
I have not been to Iran for 25 years but plastic littering was a major issue in Tehran, maybe one of the worse I have seen. My understanding is this is still a big issue. {resin culture however blues meanness and nature so much so I am not surprised to see in small traditional villages peoplee take pride of cleanness of the streets. I have also heard that young generation in major cities are also campaining hard for environmental awareness but still a long way to go.
Yeah! Persopolis. A wonder of the world. 🏍
Truly
Another excellant production. In the USA's southwest we call your sand tornado's, dust devils.
Alright 🤗
Persepolis was something I always wanted to see for sure, only saw in books and now in your video! I was not there but it look good on the 4k at home! Nice place to stop, love all the court yards of the houses.
Yeah me too 👍🏼👍🏼
Was just watching a documentary on Persepolis! Nice road trip. 👋
What a massive old city 🙌🏼
13:00 good old Tankstellenbocki mit Senf! At least you have the local food when you are at a hotel. I think one huge part of your journey is you get to taste so much different food! I am kinda jealous about that :D I love to eat different food!
Edit: Also I have noticed they have SchuKo plug! I didn't think they'd be outside of germany so much.
Hehe, yes true but it’s also a lot of cookies, chips and cakes 😅
Visit Shiraz bro, don't miss it.. its beautiful there with a lot of awesome historical places
Alright 🤙🏼
Hi Mark, I hope that the best things happened to you during this trip and that your trip to our Iran was a good experience. We would be happy if you visit other parts of Iran because you can have different experience too. And good luck in the future❤❤❤
Thanks 🤗
This type of making video is really great 💥
welcome to our country, I hope you have a great time in here ❤❤❤
Yes 🙌🏼
Marcus, welcome to my province, old Fars
Thank you for your beautiful video! This video was very emotional for me as Takhte Jamshid is a place I very much want to visit as an Iranian. It is a place that is very important to us. It was great to see these beautiful images in your video and I hope I can visit this place one day.💙💙💯
Glad you like it 🤙🏼
This is great episode !
Respect Mark ✌️
Thanks 🤗
Hi Marc. Shiraz is the city where i grew up. and i miss it... Welcome to Shiraz and enjoy. Good luck
Wow, the colour is sooo blue! The landscape may be barren, but it is beautiful, too.
very happy to see you like the Persepolis, about the food you don't know the zone and what to eat, in those smaller shops you can buy decent food Europeans love, living in Europe for over 25 years now i know exactly what kind of snack, food you might like more.not sure if you still in Iran or left when you go to smaller cities ask for simple sandwiches good brand is Haida , restaurants do not try all the stew you see have a taste first, koobideh, kabab , kabab barg, jooje kabab normally are good meat if the place is clean and good looking. have fun and thanks for showing our country ...
Thanks for the tips
Mark please it’s not shit food it’s just not to you liking but it will keep you alive we are grateful you on this journey but don’t be so disrespectful take care sir as always xx from london
It’s mostly junk food in the little shops with no nutritional value and that’s not disrespectful that’s just a fact. I clearly wasn’t talking about the traditional cuisine. There’s nothing to be offended about
Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Really appreciate it. Live wisely.
As someone who loves the stories of Alexander the Great, I know of Persepolis and it has always been very, very high on my list of places I want to visit.
It was said that after the razing of the complex to the ground it is said that Alexander was filled with great regret because it was a wonder of the world even in his day.
I love the idea of visiting it and several places in Afghanistan which are also from that time. Thank you for showing it!
What a privilege to be able to see and walk among all that history. As an American I could never visit a place like that. Makes me really hate global politics.
Yeah everybody should be able to go wherever they want 🙌🏼
@@MarcTravels I feel cursed because half the places I want to go and explore, I’m forbidden 😂
i think there is no problem for that :/ "BestEverFoodReviewShow" is also an American; but he traveled the whole country
Americans had no problem traveling to iran.
just make sure don't use drones without permission
doesn't travel to isreal before
have a online iranian guide or fireind is best.
you can even ask in Iranian airports to NOT stamp your passport.

do not feel lonely - people are great energy and all are connected :) we follow you! Good luck man! @@MarcTravels
Marc Persepolis was fantastic, thank you. This trip alone is incredible. 21:55 That Berlin license plate behind the world.
Snipped from google: "...However, if you give thumbs up in Iran means indecent and offensive insult which means “sit on it”. This is similar to raise your middle finger up. So keep this in mind while giving a thumbs up in Iran, it may be land you in trouble." Poor helpful ladies. 😂😂😂
Truck drivers are the best 😂😂😂🚚

Thank you Marc, nice views of Iran. ❤
Eine wunderschöne Reise! Danke fürs Teilen Marc!
Danke fürs zuschauen 🤗
Yesss! There you go. what a great culture
🤗🤙🏼
The landscape that you are traveling through is exactly like the southwestren United States. Come visit us sometime.
Hello Marcus, I really enjoy every single minute of your videos.
Thank you for sharing and showing me parts of my country that I have never seen before and most probably can never visit them myself in my life time.
Your choice of accommodation is the most interesting part for me!!
I am sure there has been a few bad moments in your long trip there but thank you again for being so humble, nice and respectful to our people. Wish you and Eve a safe and happy journey !!
So far it’s been all good accommodations 🤗
Iran is a country of four seasons, it is too bad that you cannot visit other parts of Iran, such as the north and west of Iran ❤
Top tip, the French merci is also thank you in Farci.
Merci 🤙🏼
Woah! That place was as big as a town!
Hehe, we used to call those mini tornadoes dust devils!
Dust devils, thanks 👍🏼
I really hope you had your best memories in my country
The blue truck has a personality in Iran 😜😜
True 🤗
Verry nice country ! It's look verry clean.
It is very nice 👍🏼
I just watched a documentary on Iran and the north is mountainous with ski hills.
It doesn't look like the bash plate would fall off, but I'd check if there are any rubber donuts and the shape they're in...
Thanks for the tip 🤙🏼
You are not alone in this journey,we accompany you eagerly
the two kids on the motorcycle just spawned in the desert in the middle of nowhere? 😂 Persepolis looks amazing.
Hehe there was a small town just then 😅
Great work from from your mechanic friends Marc and your adventure continues.......
Yes 🙌🏼
It's great to see you enjoying yourself.
Keep on keeping on Mark.
Yes will do 🤙🏼
We are proud that you came to Iran. I just joined your channel and fell in love with your good personality. have a nice trip

Hi Marc , you doing something I dreaming about that. I follow you and wish you a fantastic trip. Take care.
Thank you 😊
I love your content. It's more personal than many others... it makes a stronger connection. Thanks for sharing... I want to visit Iran 😊
Definitely worth a visit 🤙🏼
FANTASTIC WORK MARC...!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication...you are a true biker and traveler. Your going to make it to NYZ. Just keeeeep-uppppp-thatttttt- smile mate. Your a star.😄😊🌻🏍🌟
Will do 🤩
Hey Marc..Are you online now ? Can we have a live talk..? @@MarcTravels
You’re never alone Marc, we are all here with you 👍🤜🤛😎
Awesome 🤩
Imagine how much easier these journeys would be if all us normal people just ditched politicians and ran the world ourselves.
Hehe, yeah I mean if they would just do their job right, it‘ll be all good 🙌🏼
I was thinking the same thing before I saw you post.
Thanks for going to persapolis. Best wishes for your continued journey
Thank you
You’ve traveled all the way to Shiraz. It’s worth googling places to visit in Shiraz. It’s not all about persepolis
OMG - the workmanship of the Craftsmen that designed and built that awesome place is unbelievable. I guess today, if we couldn’t CNC or “Print” it, it could never get built. So fortunate to have decided to go to Iran and experience so much. Safe travels 😁👍🇦🇺
Thanks mate 🤙🏼
Loving following you on your adventures Marc. Been with you since Wales. Stay safe on your journey & I hope the roads & the people you meet are always pleasant. 👍🏻❤️
Have only seen pictures of a gate or statue & so glad you stopped to visit & share with us! And best courtyard yet at a hotel there--an amazing day with wonderful folks & the lovely ladies will be talking about helping a tall German get his odd electric motorcycle moved inside for the rest of their life! Making great stories for yourself & those that meet you! The expression on the kids faces was priceless as you showed them how fast Eve can be! 😂
the boys thought you were out gas they offered you some gas that's was funny and nice.
Awww sweet
you are never alone !!
we travel with you!!
Great ❤️
We are always with you
Hé Mark, your honesty about feeling alone in the city is appreciated! Keep pushing and making these outstanding video’s
great, have a safe trip !
Thanks! 😃
That's a legendary place. One of the greatest civilizations of all time. Iran's Zoroastrian Aryan era under the Achaemenids.
It was great seeing it
Honestly I am jealous of this episode. That is a seriously impressive place I wish I could visit. Alexander the Great, Darius the Great, Themistocoles, Xerxes, Artaxerxes, countless engineers, philosophers of the ancient world came there at one point. When you think of all the legendary people that passed through there and stood on those steps, it's quite surreal. @@MarcTravels
@@ciaronsmith4995 are you a Zoroastrian you know right they now found in India. And all those names you mentioned were kings and conquerore not philosophers
There are more in Iran than India. Zoroastrian city in Iran is Yazd. Borzuya? Pythagoras literally went to Iran to study with the Magi. He learned his logos there.@@tunaktun3379
Thanks Marc for another great episode 👍😁 Keep shining your light ✨🌈
Hi Marc, I love your work. Keep on travelling and please stay safe. Enjoying your videos and travel experiences, hope no real dramas come up and the sparks will be with you. If you come to the Sunshine Coast in Australia, please let me know - you’ll have accomodation and a powered secure parking here. 🙃 Safe travels, Rob
I’ll take you up on it for sure 🤩
bro to me you look like you have deep pain you're trying to bury by riding but simultaneously you also look like a person who loves being home and not being so far for so long. Best of luck and watch for speed bumps in Iran.
I was in pain, I’m better now
Total respect Marc, epic journey and awesome footage even without out using the drone.
Stay safe Sir
Thanks mate 🤙🏼
You are awesome man, keep going, and look out for those speed bumps
Will do 🤗
Another great video safe travels we will be on the lookout for the next video
Awesome 🤙🏼
Bloody brilliant
Excellent vlog!
Thanks 😊
Hope to have great tims
Those blue trucks were manufactured in Iran before the revolution, along with many other cars and trucks. So they are probably well over 40 years old. They used to be known as the work horse of the country. But nowadays, thanks to the Israelis, they have become the symbol of something else 😊. Your Iranian audience knows what symbol I am referring to.
Stay safe and many trouble-free miles.
Damn I'm definitely jealous on this one. Iran looks like a amazing ride.
It is 🙌🏼
A dream trip. super super
It really is awesome 🤩
Amazing site visit ...Wow ... thank to make us travel and ride with you watering your garden instead of traveling on eve not sure that would be so adventurous , Alain & Yellow
ELECTRIC: - All your 'tellings' about that and the reactions 🔌 make your vlog EXTRA special 👌🏼
Danke 🤗

Hi marc . Persepolis has been the capitol of ancient persian empire.
You should also cruse in the north side of Iran, the people there call it also "shomal" it has really nice roads and places and it its completely different from what you have seen till now in Iran
Alright 🤙🏼
Everyone that i know that visited Iran just fell in love with the country and the people!
Yeah it’s great 🙌🏼
Awesome ❤️. And I am soooo looking forward to you coming to NZ
I can’t wait Rhonda 🤗 on my way 🙌🏼
oh yes it is about riding !!!! ridiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. just my 0.cents tip as i'm traveling offorad to keep things on bike you have to double the straps with bunguees , twist two or three times around. It will prevent straps to whip, vibrate and flapping with riding wind and become loose ;)
