    Your videos are great. They are straight to the point with no fluff. You give real explanations that I can keep up with. I really love the way you keep it simple, stick to the facts, and you don't seem to make judgements. I've been making t-shirts for awhile as a hobby, but I've just started making them to sell. I've learned more from 3 of your videos than I have from all of the other instructional videos I've watched over 3 years combined. I'll post this on some of your other videos as well, because I want people to see that you've helped me.

    Shalom!!!! I like the way that you do your T-shirts and hoodies. Your style and technique is very helpful. For the past few months I've been listening to you and looking for your videos religiously. Looking forward to many more. Love to hear from you. Want to open up my own shop but I'm still struggling trying to figure out everything. Really could use some help. I saw something that you did on the video that I really needed help on and now that I've seen it I feel a whole lot better. I could use some pointers on how to run a business. Thanks for your help.

      Much Appreciated my sister. I bought the heat press from Heat Press Nation about 5 months ago and i'm learning to use it although I fear i'm doing something wrong. I also have some sort of cutting machine and I have no idea how to use it. One day i'm going to excel at this and be able to quit my day job and start enjoying my lie while I can. thanks a bunch. keep in touch!

    Why you don't use Adobe Illustrator to vector the design then flatten Transparency then convert all text to outline and change the Raster/Vector balance to 100 and save then resize and send to cutter. it will save you the hassle photoshop

    • @thomaspayne3186
      @thomaspayne3186 5 років тому

      IF your image Is coming off after a few washes, it helps to do a final press with just the Parchment Paper to press the image into the material even deeper. Also another thing that helps is a Prepress before pressing your image onto the material to help Flatten and pull out more "moisture" from the material. This helps the image deepen into the fabric/material better for the original press then that Final press with only the Parchment Paper really helps.

      I learned by watching youtube videos and just playing around with it. I plan to do some tutorials on it but I am having some issues getting my screen capture program to work consistently. Hopefully I will get this resolved soon. Thank you for watching!

      Hi Mark! I have had a business since 2007 and I do not have an LLC but I do have business insurance. For me I don't think an LLC is necessary because of the type of business I have but some t-shirt companies are LLCs so that would be up to the person that owns the business. I have never heard of HiHone until now.

    hello.i have a question maybe you can help be get a better idea.im trying to print some shirts using image transfer paper.but I usually get the comment about the way it feels.how do you advertised the you are using image transfer paper? or how do you answer when they ask about the feel of it.some advice would be very helpful.

    • @TshirtChick
      @TshirtChick  6 років тому +1

      I do my best to not use Printer transfer paper I always try to convince the customers not to want it on their shirts. Some of them insist for photos but I tell them that the image will eventually wash out but they usually already know this. I tell my customers that I may use vinyl on orders less than 12 shirts other than that it will usually be screen printed. You can order Screen printed transfers they will work better than the Printer transfer papers when applied properly. Hope this helps.

      @@TshirtChick Thank you for your time. I meant, 'can a regular printer, print the vinyl design?' Or is there a specialized printer for it. Also, is there any 2-in-1 machine you can recommend to do the job of printing and cutting?

    • @TshirtChick
      @TshirtChick  5 років тому

      To use the type of vinyl I used in the video you need a vinyl cutter. They do have printable vinyl that you can print on using an inkjet printer but you will still have to cut it out either by hand or by using a vinyl cutter to contour cut it out. Hope this helps.
