I love how you keep including the affixing segments and I still can't grasp whatever it is I needed to do bcs I'm too smoothbrained xD. Awesome video as always man!
Don't feel bad. The affixing system pretty much alluded me for a long time until I affixed my Rivalate. The affixing simulator and videos like these are really helpful.
Man this is quite the tree of things I need to learn about. This does help though, it's quick and simple but still in depth and straight to the point. Much appreciated!
The way the Potential of Klaus weapon works is like this: it starts ON CD, which means the moment quest starts or when you switch for the first time (after quest start) from a non-Klaus weapon to a Klaus weapon you got 30 seconds of downtime with the Agile potential, once those 30 seconds are over you can do the 3 normal attacks then to activate the Klaus potential. Then after the 30 seconds of the Klaus potential are over or when you switch to a non-Klaus weapon the weapon potential will enter its 30 seconds CD then! tl;dr: cannot acivate the Klaus potential for first 30 seconds of quest start, and its got a 30 secs downtime after the potential finishes its duration.

Thomas Greathouse is right! You can make a Klauz gunslash so you can use every type of class excube in the exchange. Then catagory change the Klaus weapon to the weapon of choice. The cost of sapphard and gold-type mats is nominal compared to the effort of getting 300 of 1 type of class cube.

Thanks you. I took Agile gunblade because I lacked the class ex cube and in your previous videos you showed me with gun blade I can use all class ex cube . and with the S5 ability gunblade ability u just showed me I'm glade I went with the gunblade.

I just finished my 2nd klaus weapon on global and this really helps a lot! I did mine different since i whaled during support scratch. So mine is grand atk + divine order + phrase decay on my firsf weap and grand atk + exceed energy + phrase decay on my 2nd weapon. I am going to try this on my 3rd weapon though but as of now we can only make 2. The 3rd one comes from the new campaign on march 31st.
I hope you do units next :D preferably how to upslot using transfer passes

Nice equipments are needed for u to play PSO2 easier. But it is not all. Other important things are skillful playing style, swiftly controlling and understanding boss mechanic sequences.

For added enhancement efficiency, can just pump lv30 collection weapons into the Agile. Uses less lambda grinders so you only really need 5 enhancements. Alternative being pumping EXP weapons into 12 star Sigma/Nox weapons and saving lambdas that way.
Where did you get s3 precision will 2, the NA arks page is down and the PJ one talks about Halo weapon series which I can't find in NA
I'm slowly working on getting my Klaus weapon. The hardest part for me right now is getting the last 2 lumin crystal things I need. I know you can exchange for them at the divide medals shop but I don't have enough of the materials right now. Hopefully by the time the free enhancement and affixing day rolls around I'll have everything I need.
How do you get the grand might capsule?
Also is skillful adapt will useful for etoile soaring blade? Or do need to stick to lightning pursuit?
Im fairly new to the game and im already stumbled in this video. and yes i need stronger weapon to blast through hardcore story mode in chapter 3. things are getting harder with my lvl 72 character with only collection folder weapon and some units i bought from badge 5 exchange. then again im looking at the ingredients to exchange to klauz set is already overwhelming me let alone grind for it lol. but hey someday i'll get one of those things right? but btw, is there any alternative set(weapon and units) to blast through hardcore in any story mode? thanks
So a while back I got the mana reverie capsule, do I still need to do all the reverie catalyst for my fodder in order to have mana reverie in my Klaus weapon?
So for some reason I can't make the darkweave weapons. Any of them, even though I have all the materials. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I augmented my darkbanisher ayer tier before upgrading to cras/klauz, will those augment be carried over or will it be replaced?
30 secs up and 30 down but the thing the timer starts to count during the effect so you are basically waiting less than 20 secs for it to come bak

While Guardian Soul is great with NGS being just right around the corner I don't think it's worth the crazy amount of resources. Considing how much of it actually transfer over to NGS
I skipped guardian soul on the weapon because of the cost (to guarantee the affix I need to use insurances AND 100 transfer passes). It's a little bit too expensive at the moment for me!

Hey man! I recently started playing and I'm loving all the helpful vids. I have a question. So I'm a F2P player and Im at around 85/73. I have enough SG to get my mission pass to the max to get the power stone graeae, so do you recommend I do that and just keep the power stone for whenever I make my klauz weapon in the future? Since the update is coming out in 3 days I'm not so sure, cause I might not be able to the stone later... I'd appreciate any response thanks 😊😊
Keep your star gems! If you can get the power stone naturally from the mission pass great! But if you can’t don’t worry too much about it since the next mission pass and campaigns will allow us to get more power stones!

what should we do if we don't have all these good s-grade Augments or even normal augments lined up? Stick with things like Mastery V and Exceed Soul?
That would net you less overall damage in the end since %dmg is always (ALWAYS) better than flat attack stat. So you always should look for the best possible SSA setup that fits your budget and go with that.
You coverage on base is tremendous. I’m one of the people who don’t play ngs
ngs is not bad but comparing to base game ngs lose, the only thing bad of base game has NO support anymore :( oh and the personal shop, and you cant get the best weapon in game cause you need to farm in dead UQ with no people sometimes
Hey keroppi. If I have +150 range attack on weapon and have S1 range amp and S5 augment boon, will I have the 5% potency of range amps effect? Thank you for your time.
If this is a 'place holder' weapon then it's fine to do that. However if you are planning to use S1 Range Amp, I strongly recommend getting +200 range attack for the extra boost.

@@monkeyman245 Doesn’t work with Augment Bloom. Augment Bloom adds stats directly to your character instead of your weapon.
i wonder if those augment choices would work for the luster weapons?

I am using the S5 mainly for the 20% Crit Rate (because my S4 decreases my crit by 50%)! Sadly because of etoile sub I only heal for 1 hp per hit.

Br/Et can still have 150% crit rate even without Skillful Adept Will, with the following:
50% from JA Critical on the Etoile skill tree
50% from Braver Combination
20% from Critical Strike ring
25% from Stance Criticals on Braver skill tree
If you were going Phantom, just replace JA Critical with 250 PP and Critical Stream for the same amount of crit rate.

Still is pretty much the same, just no mission pass stuff is available anymore, but they’ve also added some other ways to get some of the things, like Darkstone, Class cubes, and Powerstone Graeae. I’ve made 10+ darkweaves, multiple Lightweaves, and made all Klauz units all after NGS launch, so if you still have any questions feel free to ask ^_^
I'm sure you probably know by now, but yeah the potential cooldown is 30s. When in doubt throw out a normal attack.

how come you decided to use the gunblade S5 when Braver can already hit 150% crit rate with skill tree and rings and Etoile Sub makes the life steal 1 HP iirc?

The crit dmg alone makes the s5 gunblade worth it for classes that can reach 100% crit chance
@@stepbro6646 Katanas S5 Counter Blade increases attack power by 2% and your counter edges by an additional 15% and more gear gain from counters. much more effective then 2% crit damage as for some other classes that can hit 100% crit for sure good.

S1 augment will/ S2 skillful adept 2/ S3 skillful adept 2/ S4 raising pursuit/ S5 Skillful adept will/ Grace Shoot/ Astral soul/ Phrase decay or Mana reverie? looking to use this with a Klaus gunblade and Luster class. well folks some feed back will be appreciated.
if your using Fomel style phrase decay is a must because you can inflict jellen. so probably grace shoot/astral soul, mana reverie and phrase decay for the non SGAs
Phrase decay would be better DPS wise, but if u do just want more stats mana reverie is fine

Why didn't you just make the gunblade first, get the skifull will augment then switch to the katana unless the gunblade needs luster ex-cubes

@keroppi - the CD (according to visiphone ) is 30 sec so the theoretical uptime on it is 100%.
Its not that hard you just need to pick up first part at zig. And casualy have 5 +1 caps, very helpful

Ayer weapon got redub again huh... At least I just made Darkweave Agile Tear Gunblade. All I need to do is wait till the end of march to affix its weapon which is for JP server, I still have plenty of time to farm weapon badges for exchanging materials. Only bad thing is, Class Ex-cubes is a pain to get.
You could farm the masquerade ultimate quest. 10 runs per day allowed. It gives around 30 class ex-cubes per day (depending on your luck and the depth).

in future we get S1: Augment Will 2 so we get 2% more dmg.
u could have 155dmg with Might VI + Grand Might + Mana rev. u used astral for the 5 extra pp? with a guardiansoul 180 dmg but making this is a pain in the ass xD

Overleveling a class at 100, masquerade, and mission pass (or tpd, etc at completion )
I'm fine with my rivalate katana even though my katana is not +200 in melle in agument it +170 in melee which is fine

not worth it if you ask me. guardian soul and mana reverie is way easier for 120 attack
The Klauz series potential in the description is cut short, not sure if it's due to text space.
On passive, it grants the Agile Weapon Potential as stated which is (12% damage/20% PP Cost Reduction/20 PP per 10 seconds)
After basic attacking 3 times in a row, has 1.5 second interval between each basic attack before the count resets in case you get interrupted. (You cannot use step attacks to trigger this) it changes the potential to (18% damage/30% damage reduction/grants super armor for 30seconds)
This potential has a cooldown of 30 seconds after it ends aka 30s recast. A five edge "star-like icon" will glow beneath your character feet when it's ready.
(Not sure how it will be for people that use camos, however)
The weapon also combines with the "ugly" pieces of the weapon that you have at your back when you have the potential active.
On a side note, Klauz potential cannot be activated at the first 30 seconds of a quest.
You have to be in the quest for 30 seconds before you can activate the potential. (Like mentioned above, a five edge "star-like icon" will glow when it's ready)
This is not a bug and is intended.

if your on UH it's from your own deaths so you only have yourself to blame. the game let's you have iirc 5 deaths without dropping to A rank.
@@Yhares I only played on ultra hard once. I did die, but not more than 5 times and only got two of them.
@@Ryan-qq9pq If you die at the end and you don't get res in time before the last cutscene your rank instantly drops to C. No matter how many times you died. In order to prevent that from ever happening you could swap your S grade augments for damage mitigation stuff like Guardian shield; same for rings. I did that and none of TPD's (including his final white pulses) can one-hit me. I will swap back to more DPS once I'm done farming him.

@@Ryan-qq9pq Farm divides afterwards... It's really not as bad as some people make it out to be. You really should take full advantage of people going ham on TPD right now... you can rather easily find random open trigger runs.

Already upslotted my Klauz Gunblade to 8 slots. Good it's not that expensive once you have a ton of 8 slot fodders and use around 2 per upslot. Thou I'm lazy idiot and transfered Exceed Energy, Mark Courage and Graceful Precision (cause I'm poor also) and got my mediocre Klauz. Yay ._.

Why not use the collection weapons to upgrade the Ayer to lvl 30? Way faster and less effort
EXP weapons are cheap as hell and easy to get. No effort to get it at all
Just jump into advance quest and shing shing enemies to get photon boosters. Go to the red light district last person to the left and exchange it for exp weapon. Simples

I normally use a combination of the two if I'm not hurting for the other stuff collection folder weapons give you (Doom Break III, Mastery V, the Plam___ resources from dismantling them).
* Grind 1-10: EXP Weapon Mini + Great Augmentation aid
* Grind 10-20: Collection folder
* Grind 20-30: Collection folder
* Grind 30-35: EXP Weapon Mini + Great Augmentation aid
At 9m per enhancement cap, the "step-by-step" already stops there...
You can drop them from rainbow keys, in my case I had 4 and traded 300 class excubes for the fifth one at kameo
@@CalgarGTX Rainbow keys are limited as hell. And cap +1 is now double the price as when I made the original post.
soo... all of this work was for a 18% increase of damage... which isn't even permanent but has 30s cooldown :/ and you need 3 auto attacks to activate it
feels like they should've made this a bit more powerful for all the resources you spend on it
Cras is pretty powerful, mainly because it has all weapon ssa slots and has the highest base dmg.
I dunno why yall want an stronger wep.
The weapon potential really doesn't look that good for what's supposed to be the ultimate weapon series in the game... and you need to use normal attacks that both my ranger and force don't use... Also I still don't really get why you need to use 2 fodders each time when affixing augments, I don't think a single source I read or watched on the subject explained that..
For upslotting, two fodders gives higher success rates.
For regular affixing (i.e. not special recipes or receptors), certain augments give 0% chance to affix if you only have one fodder, and usually they max out at 3 fodders.
The only things that affix with 100% chance with only one fodder would be very weak augments including Stamina I, the Fever augments, or special augment factors (example: the Doom Break III from a collection folders weapon upgraded to +35).

I kinda feel like Rivalate is the better weapon for Katana Braver. Sure i lose one S Augment but the Passive of the Rivalate Weapon is just that much better + i dont lose DPS because of those 3 auto attacks for the Klauz Weapon.
You don't lose any DPS from normal attacks. Klauz is just that much more powerful both in stats and potential. Also, Braver doesn't need the extra crit rate from Rivalate, as Braver can reach 100%+ rate naturally. As for losing S augs, you actually lose 3, not 1.

Does not seem that much better to me.
He did 5 Mill in 20 seconds and i do 3,7 Mill with 6 slot Rivelate and one of those Affixes is Vinculum and another Mastery III. Pretty sure with 8 Slots and the same Affixes i will do around the same damage.

Also you didnt count right now. I said i have a 6 slot with 2 bad Affixes. That means i am missing 4 non SSA Affixes and the Crit SSA Affixes. ;)

@@HansPeter-iv9ck Actually, affixes don't matter as much as you may think (except SSAs). A 20-30 increase in attack doesn't even equal 0,5% power increase. The higher your total is, the more diminishing it gets. You could have a 200 attack affix on your Rivalate and it still wouldn't cover that 1.3mil difference.
