NOTE: when dismantling weapons to get Plamnia(MEL only) you need to dismantle the type of weapon that you want to get from Zig, so MEL weapons for Plamnia, RNG weapons for the RNG material and TEC weapons for the TEC material. The only material that is the same for all of them is Diard. It is important that you pick the type of weapons you need from the collection folder!
I recommend to farm the Ultimate solo quest "Remants of a parallel world", on stage 1 only, that way you can farm roughly 2~3 class ex cubes per run, you can do 10 clears per day. Be sure to use decent drop rate boosters. I clear it within 1min 15~20 sec each run. If you can farm it fast it will be worth.
This exactly... while I realize it was best for katana I made the bow 1st. Then when Cras (or whatever global calls it) comes out the bow will have the same s5. Then, I will make my rivalate bow into a gunblade and transfer that s5 to the katana...EZ clap.
Went with a novel gunblade route since I plan to not only have the S5 but also use the S4 from atlas gunblade. I can only do 5 slots so 3 slots will be for getting at least 100 in atk, which atm would be astral soul, modulator and persona reverie. This is to allow me change the weapon to any form whenever I needed em.
Hey keroppi quick question does S5 liberate gunblade augment can stack with S4 atlas gunblade augment? Or does it only count as 30 hp restore only instead of 60hp(both s4 and s5 lifesteal from gunblade) per hit?
The problem is mainly for the people who missed it that key. 800 titles isn't easy either to get it. I just have the bad feeling for those who have missed the mission pass that they'll have to stick with the collection folder 15 stars or somehow get lucky and drop Founder's Amphirite from its titles to get at the very least trailblazer.
The melee Plam materials are the most expensive here on Ship 2 right now. So would making say a Rivalate Rifle first -> Rivalate Gunblade -> Rivalate Rifle also work to get the Gunblade S5?
To save you 13 minutes: Yes. Especially since when better stuff comes out we will have better ways to get ult boosters than at the glacial pace we currently do. Make a Novel Gunblade so you can use any class' ex cubes (and also since plamnia is easier to get due to the sheer amount of melee weapons out there) then type change it at zig for 999 sapphard and 999 of the new type's gold- material. For ult boosters: Unless you have a competent full 3 person groups to run MBVR, you likely aren't going to get more than 2 ult boosters a run, making running UH onion a faster source of them.
The GS S5 is really good but doesn't mean the other S5 can't be better in certain weapon, if you need the crit and could take advantage of the HP recov then it's really good but some weapon like bow, katana BR or knuckle would be better with their S5, PH rod or any weapon that hit a lot and doesn't have good alternative s5 would benefit greatly while other not really. You might want to make a video on that, reviewing the S5 on liberate
Ultra hard solo was surprisingly good practice for Phantom before Armada tomorrow. (Obviously I didn’t clear it, simply stayed and practiced.) I haven’t been beaten that senseless since Ultimates day one.
So if I want the soaring blades augment but don’t have that many (specific) class excubes, what are my options? Can I make a gunblade, turn it into SB, and then +35 it, or does a weapon need to be +35 already to change it’s category? Or does it not matter because the augment might change when I change the weapon?
Not 100% sure but the Endless Recollection (which imo is easier than everything else available to solo) can also drop Ultimate Boosters since Anga is guaranteed on round 10

This is pretty great news, I just leveled my Novel to +33 and currently running as a level 87 Etolie. So I figured I wouldn't stress on this just yet. However something I'm wondering now. Can I get my Novel SB's to +35, convert it to a gunblade and upgrade it to a Rivilate Gunblade, then convert it back into my Soaring Blades to get the augment?
So, I do have a question regarding the one I got from the campaign. Since the only real Rivalate weapon I have an interest in is the Harmonizer, would it be a good idea to convert the Gunblade to the Harmonizer, knowing full well I'll lose all those Augments (since Harmonizers don't use Augments)
their are some weapons that will need their s5 slot and wont be able to use the gunblades as a result. twin daggers and soaring blades are examples of this. their are others too however im not familiar enough with the weapon types to remember what they are
Would the Lifesteal still work with the Étoile skill Damage Bouncer? Would I still get the +30hp or would that be nerfed to 1hp ? I play as FI/ET and I feel that it would break the game if that works hahaha
How do I get exp fast? You got so many ex class cubes and I'm not even 95 yet on any class. I do use triboosts and exp scrolls and play a lot, but I must be missing something.
when you hit level 80 kill masq he drops class ex-cubes, not always but the drop rate is good even on depth 1, there is a limit of 10x per day, do this if you need a lot of class ex-cubes.

You don't even need Luster (but ofc it's still the best option). They gave normal gunblade PAs some buffs when Luster came out in JP, but in NA we have them since october, so gunblade by itself is a little bit more viable now, or at least is less shitty
@@Rhapsody-. I can say with all honesty that I enjoy using a gunblade, whether it's significantly viable or not. It has skills that allow me to achieve flight without actually flying, and gives me good dodge abilities that still deal good damage, like Kickdance Dash, or Writhing Serpent.
I need your help, I get a novel rod with 8 slots with my rainbow key and I'm using Ph right now, do you still reccomend to get the gun blade first? Because I don't know how to get another key to evolve the weapon.
You can evolve that novel to liberate -> change it to liberate gunslash -> affix it there -> swap it back to rod. Will cost your more respective gold materials, class specific excubes and sapphards.

Is it me or is the gunblade s-grade augment not that amazing on braver? Braver has 80% crit rate, which can be brought to 100 with a crit ring. If you use a rivalate katana, the potential brings the crit rate up to 90% base. Unless I missed something, this game doesn't really reward going over 100% crit rate, so effectively, that's a point where crit rate part of s-grade barely matters, so it leaves us with a 2% damage bonus and 1% lifesteal. The Rivalate katana's s5 gives you the the same 2% damage bonus plus more braver/phantom specific goodies. The value of lifesteal is debatable, but if it's something you absolutely want, you can plunder it from an atlas ex gunblade.
Well there is a particular S4 augment which we don't have yet that cuts your critical rate by 50% but increases your critical damage by 6%. The extra crit chance from gunblade S5 can help you reach 150% and get the most out of that. That being said on Braver if your using a Phantom sub and have at least 220 PP then your already at 150% crit rate so yea...
I'm a Gunner.. I already have more crit rate than I can handle XD. However this is an excellent weapon for Gu/Fi with a respecc'd tree if I ever decide to do that. So yeah, Rivalate is nothing to sleep on.

I’ll say that if you’re playing etoile or soaring blades bouncer the soaring blades rivalate are super strong with their s grade as it mimics the potential of the Jupiter Tullus which is super busted

Some of the s5 are like the 14* weapons special potentials, they were made to give those op effects like jupter tullus and lavis cannon, so they are much more valuable in those cases.
@@mikhailflaminiano1288 the other s5 for katana rises the counter damage and gives more gear when you counter, the gb s5 is just like the s4 life steal plus +crit, the 2% damage is something that almost all the class based s5 gives so it the same deal, the sustain from the lifesteal is something that I'm quite used to so for me its better...
It would really depend on which class(and subclass) you're using it with, bouncers with a phantom sub would probably go for s4 lifesteal and the gunblades s5 for double lifesteal, seeing how hard Ultra hard enemies hit while etoile is much less squishy, and would benefit from the thundering pursuit damage more
yeah 14/15 dismantle weapons is will be the only sources of the plam sources on top of Ultra hard content where it drops as normal then ultimate boosters drop only on ultra hard content
Honestly after chasing my TB and adding all the augs to it.. I think ima gonna skip this weapon. Plus everything is gonna be useless pretty soon. New gen is right around the corner.

The other s5 abilities are more class specific ones. Which are not as flexible as the gunblade s5, if your class benefits more with the s5 offered then you should go with that. A good example is the s5 ability of the bow and dual blades
Hundreds? Haha, nope... 900 boosters for only 10 ult boosters. Time to start living in those advanced quests again if you want Rivalate Units also. Also you forgot about Redux potential that gives 23% potency instead of 16%.
I am so burned out from the the last two weapons which is Atlas and Trailblazer. Plus Sega might give these materials for free again just like the Atlas. Have to give this a pass for me.

The " Chistmas on ice" event can give multiple boosters. I thinks its based on how well your group does, because i got 5 in one event run.

Nope. You only need the main weapon to be +35 to access the SAF. Special augment factors will always be at 100% unless you are upslotting.

Dismantling weapons and swap shop you can trade up ironia>steelnia>silvernia>goldnia and rubards to sapphards, its under the entrance to francas cafe

The other s5 abilities are more class specific ones. Which are not as flexible as the gunblade s5, if your class benefits more with the s5 offered then you should go with that.
A good example is the s5 ability of the bow and dual blades

you can get a LOT of photon boosters in advanced quests, a single run is like 200 boosters or so.
As Paulo said, go to advanced quest and grab those boosters

Also you forgot about Redux potential that gives 23% potency instead of 16%.
