Yeah a V8 would be fun, not sure how good it would handle though in such a small chassis! Not even sure if a V8 would fit in it dimensions wise. But it would be cool, for now the 4age will do and hopefully I'll put it on some itb's too

Jasper is always a win. Toyota's coming along nicely. Good stuff.
The short shifter will get a little nicer once you've used it for about a week or so. Was the same when I installed on on my Chaser. Once it loosened it it felt amazing!

Amazon and Aliexpress sell katana hilt shift knobs for pretty reasonable prices. I currently have a nice black and gold long hilt one for myself because I'm extra, lol.

I have two comments:
(1) What are you thinking for the shifter? I assume they have some fun custom options.
(2) Are you likely to whack your head on that metal bar behind your seat in the unfortunate event of a collision? Can you adjust things to protect your head?
I'm thinking a bride shift boot tbh, to match the seats, could be nice or a bit lame. I've bought one to just see as it was cheap enough 😂

Honestly, no one really cares. I'm very respectful to my neighbours and it's only every few weeks I do tests or engine noise etc.
That inspection 🤣 oh yea that's a Toyota engine got 2JZ-GTE, so the car has a history of a turbo it's gonna need a re tune, wouldn't be surprised if the turbo was taken out before resale, but then why leave the timer😕.the 2J was swap was meant to be a joke but it seems an Icelander did it ua-cam.com/video/LyGl6B32S68/v-deo.html 580hp and 703Nm
No no, I've seen previous pics of it all with a naturally aspirated 4age in it, different engine. it's never been turbod, genuinely, which is why the turbo timer is even weirder 😂

Nah definitely leave it as is! It's a lovely colour. Needs to be detailed and polished though!
