Jesus is the answer. Whoever is reading this you may feel lost in life; you may feel like giving up, wishing it would all end. You want peace, but can’t find it. You’ve looked for it in women, drugs, alcohol, porn, money, and so much more, but you feel emptier the more you do it. The only one who can fill us is Jesus Christ, the living God; the one who came into this world as a man and died on the cross to save us from our sins (our wrongdoings against God). If you trust in Christ as your Lord and Savior you will be saved and you will go to Heaven when you die. One thing many people think once they come to God is everything will be perfect. The truth is it won’t be. Once you give your life to Christ the devil will attack you over and over again until you break, but Christ is there to strengthen you and to get you through all things. Give your life to Christ my friends. Without him, life means nothing.
I was used to wash my car 2 times every week... then my twins kids came to this world, Davi with a ultimate cerebral palsy, but the happiest boy that i ever saw... and now, 12 years later, i'm just sooooo tired avery day... if wasn't for my father i would let my car full of dirt for years... so i don't judge! But i feel grateful watching this! Thank you guys!!!
I know an Australian guy who CNC cut a giant plywood wrench, to lock and unlock wheels like this. He made two and then glued them together for strength and good fit. The handle was about 3 feet long, and the wrench head was of course the shape of the nut. It worked great and no stress on the car.
The Ferrari 512 BB IS my dream car. I have loved it since the 70's . Ironically I was born the same year as this car, 1971. My favorite colors were the silver with yellow accents. Such a magnificent work of art. 😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
When an elderly man does his due diligence to make sure you are as capable as he has been told, then allows you to handle his possession. That is platinum reference material. All of the things he has seen in his life, and entrusting you with this car. Perfect. And on a personal not, I really appreciate the extra care you took to clean the underside on camera. I know mechanical parts covered in grime isnt really as sexy as the deep red paint. But to me, a clean car is a clean car. Clean exterior is nice. The crud underneath has to go too. So thanks for showing that. Great episode. Congrats on 1M!🎉
Remember, he wasn't elderly when he decided to ignore this car and let it go to shit. DUE DILIGENCE? Ferrari should have done due diligence on this owner prior to letting him buy it (if even possible). But you get my point. He could have let the kids at the school car wash clean the car and they would have taken care of it better than this owner ever did.
So what about the fellow who stockpiled brand new Corvettes? Rare car owners are a strange lot. They will let a car rot and refuse to sell ot tonsomeone who can own it and care for it seemingly better. This guy isnt selling. He never will. The Granddaughter might. Allowing an outside entity to remove the car and deep clean it for many car owners like this is a huge step. Yes it was covered in rat crap. Where I work, brand new cars are returned to the dealership 6 months to a year after purchase to have wiring replaced without a mile being put on any of them. It doesnt take long for a rat or mouse to move in. And those cars are stored in an active clean lot. Vermin can move in fairly quickly. All in all, the Ferrari was actually in better condition than the 3 vettes and Ford pick up. So yeah. My comment stands. Regardless that you see him as lazy.
I will NEVER understand how someone can buy a car like this and then just put it in a garage unprotected and never put any effort into maintaining the interior and exterior. To tell you the truth it makes me angry. You guys did a great job, and put a lot of effort into, restoring the Ferrari. Hopefully it will find a more appreciative home.
All of a sudden there are barns all over the world filled with exotic cars. Above is my original post. Just wanted to say sorry for being sarcastic and accusatory, as I don't know whether an old worn car was placed into a barn just prior to shooting, simply for the sake of using the buzz phrase "barn find". I can't know for sure.
That's just because 10 years ago these cars were scraps, even with a Ferrari badge. Now, because of speculations and the exotic car bubble, these are all of a sudden valuable and people want to cash out until they cam before the bubble busts.

Small tip, i would recommend never preassure washing the engine bay, since the preassure is so high, you might force water into somewhere it doesnt really belong. Always use some kinda rain adapter to a normal hose in order to prevent that! Awesome video, keep it up guys!
I'd wager that there's something badly wrong with the engine and the old man didn't want to or couldn't pay to fix it. There is a white "barn find" one of these on Ratarossa's channel and that was the story with that one - there seems to be something wrong with a cylinder and it's taking him ages to fix and restore it. Obviously with a broken engine they're not worth as much so they just get kept... He should have known that wasn't the way to store a car, though, and I hope he drained the gas (petrol) and other fluids... Having said this it's very complete - Ferrari toolkits tend to disappear - and in good condition so as a parts car it'll be worth a lot.

I was losing my mind when you asked about starting it up, thankfully you were corrected on doing so. The same for the owner, just because its all cleaned and shined up, it is in need of considerable mechanical work, belts being the most important and 1st priority. It is disturbing how much the mouse poop stains, thankfully I have not experienced that. That interior needs a full on restoration due to that issue. That car deserves nothing less than a full resto. Ratarossa has been conducting a resto on a white on blue BB512, and he has done somethings that are cringey, but all in all he is getting that car close to spec, though not concours level. I hope the owner has gotten renewed inspiration from your detailing it and either invests into getting his car right or sells to someone who can, it won't be cheap.
What it would take to restore this car would not be worth it. Clean as much as you want, the odor of mouse piss will never come out unless the entire interior and ducting is replaced. seeing a car in videos and in person are two different things. These cars are not rare, officially Ferrari made under a thousand, but Ferrari is infamous for selling more cars than they claim to have made.

Although the name of the 512BB suggests that it is a boxer engine, technically it is not a boxer engine, but a 180-degree V12. The crankshafts of 180-degree V engines and boxer engines are fundamentally different. And the crankshaft of the 512BB is the same as the other Ferrari V12 models, with 6 crank pins instead of 12 crank pins as a true boxer engine would have.
Ferrari never officially called the BB a boxer, that was a nickname. The original BB name was an internal joke at Ferrari and it stood for Brigitte Bardot. Also, this car never legally sold in the US and could not be imported. Many were sold in Canada.
I've watched several times. I built a large scale plastic model of the Ferrari 512 bb as a teenager in ~76-80. It is iconic & well worth restoring and a wise investment.
I’m happy to see you restore the appearance of this epic machine. At the same time, it breaks my heart to see such a fabulous car mistreated and abandoned for so long a time. Shame on the owner…seriously!

The best part is the very kind words of the owner and his appreciation and trust that he gave you guys. Really fantastic. I stumbled upon your channel but very happy for you guys. Stay positive and best wishes!
I've seen one at the Montreal Auto Show in 1980 or 81 It belonged to Gilles Villeneuve who was driving for Ferrari F1 at the time. I can't believe this car was left like that for so long. What an amazing beauty. Ferrari to my opinion has the best car lines. Not for all their models, but this one sure has. Great work guys.
I was born in ’62. The BB and the Miura were my 2 favorite cars. Add to that the Lamborghini Countach. The Miura was feathered in the original Italian Job movie. Thanks for this amazing video. Made my day!
I never understand why all these UA-cam restorers will drag a barn find to their garage before at least blowing off the leaves and dirt from them. I've seen them bring pick up truck with all kinds of shit in the cargo area. I guess it's more dramatic to show them cleaning it out in their garage.. "Oh, look at this! And look at all this stuff too!!"

The crankshafts of 180-degree V engines and boxer engines are fundamentally different. And the crankshaft of the 512BB is the same as the other Ferrari V12 models, with 6 crank pins instead of 12 crank pins as a true boxer engine would have.
Dude was too busy telling you he went on an Italian vacation to pay attention
Ferrari never officially called the BB a boxer, that was a nickname. The original BB name was an internal joke at Ferrari and it stood for Brigitte Bardot.
Also, this car never legally sold in the US and could not be imported. Many were sold in Canada.
I've watched several times. I built a large scale plastic model of the Ferrari 512 bb as a teenager in ~76-80. It is iconic & well worth restoring and a wise investment.
That does it, you guys are getting my 1986 Chevette...
Funny.
Hahaha
Must be so special working in renovating the car, like a pice of art, enjoying every second, great job 👏🏼
One of the best yet!
Thank you ❤️
I’m happy to see you restore the appearance of this epic machine. At the same time, it breaks my heart to see such a fabulous car mistreated and abandoned for so long a time. Shame on the owner…seriously!
This car was never legally sold in the US. It could not be titled until the 25 year rule. I'm guessing there is a dodgy history here.
Im not gonna lie, that ferrari was holding well for a car that has been in a garage abandoned for more than a decade, that's pretty cool!
This was not only epic it was also wholesome! Great work guys!
Pontiac Firebird/Trans AM will always do for me, great detailing done
Rear end on the F40 is hard to beat. This one is so epic too
Congratulations on your million subscribers 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That "sweet '32 Ford" is the Rat Roaster! I built it on my show Gearz several years ago!
He told us about that & you! Super awesome
First time seeing you guys. Congratulations! And.. wow, sweet ride
It was really polite of the rats to not chew on the leather, totally lucked out on that! Beautiful piece of history right there 👍🏻🇺🇸
We couldn’t agree more 😅 thank you for watching!
and the wires????
Such a pleasure to watch this iconic car be cared for and given a caring scrub up! Beautiful work guys..❤🩹
I own all my dream cars, 90 bronco, 02 mustang, 55 Fairlane Fairlane, 79 ford f250, 2000 f250, 79 transam, 40 ford coupe, 55 Victoria, 75 ranger, 51 ford sedan, it would be nice to get them all cleaned up one day😂
You lucky,lucky dog. 🙂👍
Great collection, love it!
What’s your favourite?
Kelly, start with the 55 Fairlane please.
The best part is the very kind words of the owner and his appreciation and trust that he gave you guys. Really fantastic. I stumbled upon your channel but very happy for you guys. Stay positive and best wishes!
😮 wow guys what's the way from South Africa 🇿🇦 supporting you
Howzit
Anyone else appalled that a car like this can be neglected and forgotten in the first place??🤬
The most beautiful rear end ever to me is the 1963 split window corvette. 100%
👍👊
God Bless, love you guys
I was born in ’62. The BB and the Miura were my 2 favorite cars. Add to that the Lamborghini Countach. The Miura was feathered in the original Italian Job movie.
Thanks for this amazing video. Made my day!
Stop checking my granddaughter and focus on wash my car!
You have the courage to abandon a 512 BB for twenty-eight years and you show up with a Ferrari cap on your head? Come on!
She’s a beauty, Clark!
When I was a kid in the 1980s, I had a Matchbox care of a Ferrari BB-512i. And it was red. This is uncannily similar to my toy.
Who else saw the damaged bumper
Me 😞
I think that garage is magical! I have seen about 10 abandoned high end cars found in that exact same garage...
That’s like saying I’m gonna clean my truck at the car wash then spray it down at your own house then just go to the car wash and finish it
The car, the music, the vibe ... so 80s ! So cool
This video has 30%cleaning and 70% blah blah blah. . . 😂😂😂
Fax
4:15 A FUCKING PONTIAC AZTEK
They should definitely detail one in the future.
@@bluerazor7049 🙏🙏
Scrolled through the comments just to see if anyone else had noticed that Aztec sitting in the background. It appears to have been sitting for quite a while itself. Lol!
@@fehronemo They probably won't but it would be fun to see them detail one in general.
Very nice to that a dirty car can come to life. Great work!
Was a good video until “what is a kilometre” yea that’s the non-third world measurement for speed. Other correct measurements are Celsius, metres and metric bolts too 👍
Outstanding guys!
Holy crap! This was so fun to watch. Ferrari has always been my dream car.
I agree. Barn find is a term for a vehicle found in an enclosure for an extended period of time. You guys are doing a great job with the videos!
Wow!!! This model has gone under my radar, what a GORGEOUS design!!!!! ❤❤
Keep up the good work! You guys ROCK!
CONGRATULATIONS !!!! You deserve it !!! 1 Mil ….. you’re the best. !!!
Love it and congratulations on the 1 million
Went right back in the garage to sit... Mice are happy with their cleaned home..
