Maybe one day , in fact I’ll put it on my wish list to to attend a game shoot with this beautiful gun in tow . Possibly one of my better off friends would see their way to letting me shoot theirs if they are lucky enough to own one . Nothing wrong with dreaming . Keep up the excellent downloads .
Had a 16 bore made to measure by William Powell, same model and it’s fantastic value and a great gun , top marks with the video 👌😎
That is stunning that’s one you would buy and use for the rest of your life the engraving is perfectly to my taste
I love everything about that shotgun, except I'll never be able to afford one! However, if I can't enjoy an £11,000 SxS, at least I can enjoy watching your video about it.
Good to see William Powell getting a mention. more on the cheaper William Powell’s please I’m wanting a 20g
Great side by side ! thank for this revue !
If I had the money I might go for it. I do have a hankering for a nice modern ‘English’ gun.
Your clay ground comment struck a chord. My local clay ground pulled me up recently, when my little group of shooters decided we would attend with pumps and semis only. My moss berg pump action looked like it was a Section 1 it seems, because the magazine and barrel ended in line.
I think they were quite disappointed they couldn’t chuck me out when I proved it was an S20’s 3 shot. Ididn’t have the heart to tell them that I had left my Section 1 pump and semi at home.
Nice review guys. The way those clays flew was pure bantz 😂
What a beautifull gun !!
Great gun, I think it’s going on your Christmas list 🤔
That is a beautiful gun Jon.
Lovely gun! I don’t really associate Rizzini with sidelocks. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the Sovereign as well.
Sovereign video will be put together next week
@@tgsoutdoors My man
great video Johnny, I'll have to make do with my AYA XXV sidelock in 20 bore for now... ;o)
Jon please attend to the audio quality - could hardly make out what you were saying on some of the video.
New mics arrived today!
Thanks to the channel members the audio is back in business!
quite beautiful gun. i hope there is a willing market for these. this is in that market where money matters little and in that scenario it can be thought of as a "bargain'.
Any opinion on any of the other William Powell shotguns, the O/Us like the Perdix, Pheonix, etc?
Now that's a shotgun. And that's a Hat.
Double approval! Must be my birthday 🎂
@@tgsoutdoors I'm drunk 🍺🍺
What make is that cap mate. I’m looking for one that will match my deer hunter moss tone tweed
:911 whats your emergency?
:I'm paying 11 thousand quid for an English gun made in Italy.
:Buy a Blaser F16 son.
Nice stuff.
Come on mate, what about that Winchester SX3 vs Winchester SX4 eh? :v
William Powell English guns.. are made in Italy?
Very nice piece - £11,000? - no sorry, I don't see that as its justifiable value, £5.500 maybe - please don't shoot me down for my personal opinion, there just doesn't seem enough modern gun technology, heritage or skilled hand craftsmanship there to warrant that very BIG asking price? I've had similar conversations with Lloyd P about these exotic gun prices - Lloyd disagreed of course, but still I just don't get it? sorry 😅😅
Interestingly I may usually agree - however in this instance I don’t begrudge it.
It comes down to how much you value having a made to measure sidelock. The only thing close would be an AYA, which doesn’t measure up to this in engineering standard.
If an off the shelf Boxlock or trigger plate will do the job for you then a gun than looks similarish will be a lot cheaper.
Would it be nice if it was a little less money? Sure! But making less money wouldn’t incentivise people to make new and exciting designs.
Just my thoughts (which, just like Lloyd’s, are of course correct!) 😂
@@tgsoutdoors Hehe! I know you and Lloyd know much more about the industry than I do, for sure - but it just seems a heck of an investment to me for just a 'nice' gun? In any case, thanks for showing and demonstrating it to us all for judgement 🤔
where have they moved to Birmingham the ni shut down
Очень красивое ружьё, спасибо за обзор.
Challenging the hat haters by making the daft hat fill the entire screen when your head is in the shot. Power play 👌🏻

That safety catch...the screw slot is not aligned with the axis of the gun. That's unacceptable!
You show all those great SBS's but they all can't handle steel shot. And here in the Netherlands we are forbidden by law to shoot lead. Can't you do some reviews of SBS's who can handle steel shot ?
This is steel shot proofed
@@tgsoutdoors wow !
@@tgsoutdoors looked it up...bit out of my price range though ...
@@pim1234 the yildiz wildfowler side by side is steel proofed I believe
That it is!
Writing on top rib...yes. Writing on the sides of the barrels....no. Pass.
Perhaps one day you'll review a Fratelli Rizzini. The mechanicals of their R-3 boxlock are both interesting and, as far as I know, unique.
that is about 14,000 in us $$$$$ guys
Writing on the top rib is OK but definitely not on visible portions of the barrels. Stock finish too dull. No sale.
Not going to sell.
Forend doesn't match the stock in color...
I forgot to mention, this was the final prototype!
sxs cruza os tiros
Is that the right forend?
Nice sentiment but for that money I'd rather buy a AYA .. it's like buying a Ford and badging it Ferrari...
Powell's are living off a legacy unfortunately
