The game scene engraving looks lovely i don’t think many people do game scene well but that looks nice especially with the scroll on the bottom of the action.

Wood-to-metal fit looks a little better than average. Absence of a trigger guard extension is especially bad and leaves that ugly cutout. Does anyone still make loaded barrel indicators (not just cocking indicators)?

My question is how do you pick up the dead birds in such thick forest? Some of them must be resting on the top branches. You need monkeys, not dogs...! --- Superb filming of a very pleasant subject in a wonderful environment. Than You from those who will never be able to know such.

Absolutely beautiful! I want one. I think it would look nice in the cabinet squeeze between a pair of Brownings.

Great review on a gorgeous shotgun. I love the infield reviews, that shoot really was a tractive in the thick pines.

For 4900, i would buy a browning or a beretta superpozed, which are way more durable and robust compared to this kind of mechanism (which is a copy of brescia mechanism)

1:31 the extractor/ejector mechanism looks very similar to the fair racing one ;) this two small metal parts, on perpendicular and 2nd one on angle.

As you alluded to Jonny, it's a Rizzini OEM gun built to William Powell Specs. As game guns go it looks classy, pretty and errr....English! Arguably Rizzini's game guns (their heritage) are more successful than their Sporters.

Who picks up the birds? How do you make sure you get them all? Does the firing line and you get pellets rained on them? Are those real birds? Very different from the trap and skeet and upland and duck hunting I'm used to .

Many year ago I was the game cart driver on a very famous estate, a very famous Lord was shooting on this day with his pair of 16 bore Churchills. On a stop for refreshments a heavy pricked bird was hanging in the throes of death in a tree, none of the shooting party were keen to take out the bird so the task was given to me. The famous Lord did say to me, "Please take the shot, then you can give my pride and joy a few more loving caresses".

A friend of mine had one and when he came to part exchange it nobody was interested he would have been better off buying a Lincoln, same maker same internals, cheaper and more saleable !

Greetings from finland! Nice video again 👍🏻. I’m not sure have you talked about this topic before, but do you tend to shoot sustained lead or swing through? Or does it depend on what kind of target you are shooting? Sorry for my bad english and i’m new in clay shooting.
